Gossip - How to Deal?

I have been around some blogs especially my favourites and popular one and I came across this short note from kennysia.com. So I went and read and it's just about it. Gossips and rumours, and sometimes it's not why we can't cope it, it's that sometimes, as human we just need people to remind us how to cope it. Because, we already knew how to cope it just that at some point in time, we are slacking, didn't think of it and etc. Thus, after reading this common from a forum which Kenny link it, I read it and it's just the simple fact that it is true. So I hope you all will read it and reflect part of it..

Gossip... who cares?

The last time I was bothered, or in fact harmed by gossip, was the last time I defended myself against it.

When you're dealing with rumours, either true or false, of which there is no evidence, then the only thing that's going to decide who's right and who's wrong is conviction...

If your conviction is stranger than that of the people spreading the rumour, then the rumour will have no power. The good thing is that people who spread rumours and gossip a lot, usually have the conviction/will of a fly, and are easily influenced one way or the other. They believe bullshyt on a mere word because they got nothing better to do, or they have no solid footing of their own in reality, so they just borrow others... They're as easy to bullshyt one way as they are the other.

One exception to this is when there is a large group of people all spreading the same rumours as gospel... Together they are stronger, the fact that more people believe the rumours gives the gosippers more confidence in bullshyt they are spreading.

Even then, you can still repell the rumours with conviction, you'll just need more of it. In this case you'll have to be the rock that stands off the tide... put your foot down and don't let up.

This is all of course, assuming the rumours are untrue, because if they are true, then you'll need to be a pretty solid liar to quell them!

Defending yourself against rumours is a big nono... trying to refute rumours is simply ADDING to them. The best thing to do, is to simply deny whatever the rumour suggests and leave it at that... don't go off to search evidence or whatever, you'll only be keeping it alive and putting more attention on it that it deserves...

The bottom line is... rumours are bullshyt, and you have no time to waste on them. People talk shyt, it's really not your problem, and if it does become a problem, you put them down, hard and abrupt... In a way that properly conveys your annoyance with people spreading completely unsubstantiated and negative information about you.

Not so long ago, a woman I was interested in and dating, confronted me with a rumour she had caught wind of... She heard i was still very much involved with an ex gf... Which is quite frankly a complete lie, we are friends and have been for many years.

She starting acting aloof, so i confronted her about it, and she told me about the rumour. I told her that if she had heard something like that, she should have just confronted me about it, instead of going off and drawing her conclusions based on lopsides folk tales.

She agreed but wasn't convinced regardless, so i just stuck to the fact... we're friends, and have been for years... that's all it is, and if she can't take my word for it then there's nothing i can do... her move!

Now i realise that was kind of a power play, but the point is that I was NOT in the mood for defending myself against stupid gossipers which imho are one step up from unicells in the chain of evolution, and so i felt no need whatsoever to further justify myself, and left it at the facts and my word that those WERE the facts.

That was that, and it worked, she came around, but the relationship ended quickly because she was very jealous of the relationship me and my ex have, and I didn't want to deal with that.

Prison Break Preview Season 4

After so much season, and with so much interruption during the season 3 of Prison Break. Prison break is back, and this season 4, after I watched the 5 episodes recently, I'm nothing but amazed. the thing that I always thought of having that is the combination of Alexander Mahone and Michael Scofield, it's so so great man.

Mahone is nothing but very helpful throughout the first few episodes. And he is just the real smart guy which provides a lot of help. You will be introduce by Roland, a great hackers which perhaps, can hack most of the things he wanted. And apart from that, the of Scofield is always alongside with Burrows and Sucre. Nothing much the difference. But this time we got Bellick after Sucre vouched him out to help. And you will be faced with some surprises too..haha..A VERY BIG SURPRISE!! So go and watch it..

Also on the other hand, Scofield team is working with the Government, which shows that they are no longer criminals running, they are running away from being caught by the Company people. And they have their butt back up by the Government's something. So it is really very interesting to see when you get to know that they are more on the good side and all. Also, T-Bag is another one to be watched as he is really one of the important characters in this season.

The great surprises will come to you all and you will see why Alex is so great. Why Gretchen is turning her back (remember her)?hehe..Why Scofield is pushing harder? Why somebody(to be watched) is backing up Scofield and motivate him so much? So do watch it man..hehe

dNeero survey

Alright, this may seem a little bit like asking you to do some surveys and got money for it. Maybe it's something you all might want to do or something you all don't even think of doing. It's okay. It's just that doing surveys and helping out in surveys is always a favorite for me. I've always help my friend do surveys whether I'm on the answering or asking people to give answers site. This is because, through surveys, if it is done truthfully, we can actually help a company or a research team get what they want.

Right now, in the Information World, people are offering money so that people will give better survey answers. And I've always enjoy survey which include you writing on it rather than just Multiple Choice. I've recently joined a online survey programme (thanks to CuriousMan recommendation), they did give us some monies which is not really necessary but why not! So I've done a couple of survey, and their surveys are really interesting. Imagine giving surveys for Starbucks, or some companies whom want to know how to improve their operation or us, the customer point of view. Let's do it..this is the things that I want to say to my mind all over again. It's been such a rollercoaster ride for me in the year of 2008. And I've blogged for nearly two years and it's time for me to give myself a little of some swanks and doing something that I wanted to do seriously for the past two years. And the truth is, I got motivated and demotivated too much that my persistent level ain't that good. And during the past 6 months, a lot of things had come to me. Very bad things and very good things indeed. The bad is more..so it somehow give me a quick spanks all over my body. So all I have to say is, I'm going to REOGRANIZED. Reorganized what? You shall wait then..

Freelance Webpage Work

I'll be doing a free lance part time webpage work for a company soon. It may require some of the things that I have learnt during my courses and I have to brush up the WAMP (Windows - Apache - MySQL - PHP) and also picking up some Flash while doing my work. It's not going to be an easy task for me but I somehow need that job for some reason. Hopefully it's something interesting and encouraging to do so. But for right now, I'll just try some of the things that I want to do here in my blog and I might need you guys who read my blog to simply key in some of the things that I want to know from you. Hope you all cooperate with it..i'll truly appreciate it. Thanks a lot.

Cyberjaya Scandal

Perhaps you all might be wondering why such a topic appear in my blog. Actually I got caught up with this news recently from my best friend Chris talking about some scandal. At first, he and I thought it was a rape case in Cyberjaya. I even spend my time thinking did it happen in Cyberia Apartment. But apparently, we were wrong. It is actually leaked photos just like Edison Chen and all the hot Hong Kong actresses. So as for this, it involve two really decent pretty looking girl and a rich Pakistani guy. Seriously, I was shocked when I see those pics and couldn't really trust what I see. Because, the girls are really very decent looking..anyway those things it's up to you to judge. Consider me naive and not well exposed to this stuff, you all can see it yourself not on my blog..but this blog that shows you the latest updated version of the pictures. hehe..pretty interesting though..(adult content ar)




As what I know, the pictures were taken two years back and it actually were spreading around the internet already if I'm not wrong. But i'm not really sure..just read it yourself..

Other than that, let's talk about the accident that me and my close friend Duan Ming witness. And funny thing is, it happen before our dinner and we didn't even know a single thing. Until we finish our dinner, and was walking around cause it's after finals and we got nothing to do. And we saw a police car there. And it seems like a crowd is gathering there. The normal me will be more than delighted to get a peak. At first, we thought it was a small accident, seeing a new black Hyundai I0 crashing to the side of a parked dark blue Wira (a Penangite car I guess). The impact seems like it skidded that the blue wira left hand side tyre were brought up to the side border (benteng) of the road. That's pretty amazing!! I mean the impact must be darn big if not how to float a car up on the 'benteng'. So at first we thought of going back already, but eh..how come right opposite of us, there are crowds also. So we went there and see..and it seems even more interesting. 3 parked cars were thrash like they actually being remote controlled-ly crashing each other. There is one silver Atos, blue Saga and a white MyVi. All three of thems I think are residents of Cyberia. I guess the impact must be quite hard that the parked Atos booth and back was disfigure until the front row of the driver seat. Which means, back all don't have, passenger seat also don't have. Look like a Smart Car though. And the funny thing is, the Atos was crash and the car actually turn around and was facing the opposite of the direction of the road. The Saga butt was trash off to the top of the benteng with his half body like hanging on a cliff like that. And the white MyVi just got FRENCH kiss on her butt. So that's about it.

But how did it happen? It's simple, A1 race is coming soon, there are some African Students who wish to qualify for it. And they misunderstood Cyberjaya with Texas and Tokyo. Hmm..also misunderstood with Kuala Lumpur(KL Drift) and Selangor. Thus, they set their race on Malaysia's deadliest road and City call Cyberjaya (with low % of Crime rate, but highest % of rate goes to Accidents--> peaceful yet dangerous). The guy who drove that Hyundai lost control and crash the Atos to let the parked Atos to have a round of donuts on its own while the non-drivered Atos got blurred and crash the Saga that the Saga was surprisingly shock and fly up to the benteng. Before it get to fly, he was already frenching the MyVi. So get what it mean?
On the other side problem is, this Hyundai lost control and still manage to turn in and the car skidded (I guess the road wasn't tight enough for him to perform the 'fly over the road' drift). So it end up skidding with his Airbag already blown to his face..and bang the Wira. And the surprise wira once again is shocked that it jump up the benteng. The African guy drift it really well that not just his tyre were blown, others tyre were blown. Also, the Airbag was blown and the door was blown too. That he got stucked in the car and have to get people to remove him from ihs vehicle. And sent to hospital, just hope his head wasn't BLOWN!

So in Cyberjaya, please please please drive safely and carefully. He is lucky that during that time, no car was around or anyone was walking as most MMU-ians are back in their hometown. What if an innoncent person was killed, without actually attempting to race. So please be considerate, and I know one thing. If you didn't kill a person, you might kill those stray dogs around okay! So please..drive safely and carefully. If you want to race, race in your own place. In your own apartment, recruit people to seal the road, create a Grandstand for people to view top above. It's dangerous dude!!!

I'm Back..better equip with something

As life goes by, people improve and definitely there is always problems that you have to encounter willing or unwillingly. It goes for me as I'm a normal human. And in fact, this year is really a pretty unlucky year for me..but usually people always say be GRATEFUL that you are still alive today. And yes I'm grateful but not to encounter such unpredictable problems. Anyway, problems are meant to be solved, so I'm just trying to solve it one by one.

This blog had a long way since I last updated it and this blog will no longer be any promotion blog about how to earn online money anymore..cause I believe it's meaningless as some people wanted to read your opinion or something but instead receiving things that might chase them away. I really appreciate the 50-70 readers daily who still view my blog but yet I'm not delivering it. Perhaps this is the third time I apologise already. And I just showed the reason why so many bloggers who fail to earn money through online..that is LACK OF PERSEVERANCE. haha..obviously it's normal. I have set up a couple of portals with full force execution on specific topics. One of them you all already know long time ago that is my golf blog and some other in the process blogs.

Seriously, there are better and more specific things to share and thus I'm working hard on it and this shall be my assignment since I started back in 2006. Also, I'm also currently working on a team to create webpages for companies. I got a couple of small project so I'm also working on it. Truly I've some problems back in my back, but that's the urge that push me to really do the workings..Anyway..thanks alot again..
