Enjoyment of Blogging

As I've not written for a very long time, nor did I actually measure my whole intention of writing a blog (- to improve my English), I've realised the reason I've started blogging since 2006.

It has been a really interesting adventure thus far, back when I just started Uni, with the dream of making bucks, to now trying to make big bucks.

Life is truly an inspiring and yet, challenging game that many of us may not know. I've slowed down blogging as time goes by more responsibilities were shouldered upon. I think that is part of life that we thought those responsibilities deter us in many way to enjoy our life, or at least to fulfil what is needed.

I was wrong, terribly wrong! It is not exactly a responsibilities if you did not think it as a responsibilities. The reason state is that those things will never end, they will keep coming in, and how do you actually fulfil what is needed? No, you just have to be present and handle the quest. Life just makes it interesting that constraints or factors that slowed down your movement or arrangement to clear those pending work, but you know in yourselves that you will do it, if you have time.

I've been into many serious deep thoughts during the time that I wasn't blogging. I'm in a corporate world now, where belts, fountain pens, business card, the ride you drive, the shoes you wear, the phone you use, the presence you carry and many more, matters. Materialistically, it matters, but with so many flourishing things happen around, your main target was to remain humble and be who you are, just with little better tweaks in life.

I'm starting to realise what exactly is responsibility, whereby if you put your life in a Balance Sheet or Annual Report, you will know what is commitment (the actual one), what is crunching numbers, what is your asset that puts your life differently or on a different platform and most of all, the stakeholders (investors) in your life. They are they, but unites solely to see who you will be, that's the challenging part to balance life and work.

I can admit that I'm still a joker life before back in 2006, I still talked crap, even more in fact, but the right coil and right tune were attained. I'm in fact, in the point that, I'm not really sure myself the actual way forward, but pathing it possessed great challenge.

It varies between each individual, but if you have things to share, I believe it will be great to share in this posts!

Income Tax Law: Foreign Source Income

Continuation from the previous post, and from the definition of Income Tax, that states that money that received in Malaysia but came from outside Malaysia are subjected to tax. The outside Malaysia term will fit in 'Foreign Source Income'. With effect from year 2004, individuals (again resident or non-resident) are assessable only on income accrued in and derived from Malaysia. This was an amendment made that any income that is made outside Malaysia is tax-free. But wait a minute? Is that possible. From the definition, and from Paragrah 28,Schedule 6 of ITA 1967, foreign source income is exempted from income tax.

However, with the term clearly defined, it still remain ambiguous at some point. The reason why as I put a scenario for you guys to think.

Mr J is a businessman from Malaysia and have been a Far-East representative for a company in US namely H. As a Far-East representative, his responsibility to do inspection and make report to the company H, via his expertise and experience in the industry. He is the only one in Malaysia that is working for H, and it had been going on since 2001 until now. All his money are paid from US and sent to Malaysia. With 2004 amendments on Foreign Source Income and by definition, he should be waived off from the tax.

But this remain untrue, as based on the true story and advise from accountants that audit his Income Tax stuffs, he is still entitled for the tax. And this may be the UGLY TRUTH, but I'm going to state to you guys. The reason is that, although the source is from Foreign, and it is subjected Mr J had to stay in US, just like if you are a Malaysian, have to stay for a certain period of time, only the income are not subject to tax.

This may seem funny, but I truly hope it can be debatable, but most auditors for Mr J had told the same thing. And this is a true story! Bite it and go!

Doctrine of Utmost Good Faith

With lots of doctrine that our fellow lawyers have to know, and remember, we as the Business Law student should know it as well. In fact, the whole nation should be aware of this as this Doctrines are the one that is guiding us and helping us especially for human rights.

In insurance law, from the previous post, Doctrine of Utmost Good Faith is one of the most important element, not in other contracts, but solely on Insurance Contract. With the definition that, each party to a proposed contract is under a duty to disclose to the other all information which would influence his decision to enter into the contract, whether such information is requested or not.

AS simple as it is defines, it means a lot to make sure each and every word counts. In fact, good faith can be termed as genuine faith, and things that is genuine that is informed is to ensure trust from both parties. This is very important as the failure to fulfil or giving material information, will subject the other party to avoid the contract. As insurance contract are based on mutual trust, and with information definitely more well understood by each party, it is their job and responsibility to enlighten each other regarding it. The mutual trust and confidence bonding between the insured and the insurer can be termed as uberrimae fidei, the same meaning as utmost good faith.

A very important case of this can be adapted from the example of someone who had heart and lungs problem. However, though not disclosed in his life insurance, nothing happened until SARS strike through one day. The impact was heavy (as it is an acute pneumonia) causes the guy passed away due to it. And from the thorough inspection from the doctor with the report being given to the company, the company chose not to pay or compensate to the family because it is stated that the deceased did not notify that.

Thus, in this Doctrine, telling the right and actual information is very important. It is not like life that sometimes we can make assumptions, no, not a chance. And with that, do beware and keep your insurance agent knows everything bout you well.

Caveat Emptor: Sales of Goods Law

Before continuing on the long Insurance Act case, let's bring back to one of the most important element in the chapter of Sales of Goods. As we can realise that each and every lessons that is learnt throughout the course, have something to be remembered.

As thus far, from
Contract Law, we have Doctrine of Stare Decisis,
Company Law, we have Doctrine of Separate Legal Entitiy
Insurance Law, we have Doctrine of Utmost Good Faith, and
in this context we have Doctrine of Caveat Emptor.

Taken from the Latin language, Caveat Emptor simply means ' Let the buyer Beware '.

How cool was that? But sound rather vague..but let me clarify some stuffs regarding it.

From Wikipedia explanation it goes like this,

"Under the doctrine of caveat emptor, the buyer could not recover from the seller for defects on the property that rendered the property unfit for ordinary purposes. The only exception was if the seller actively concealed latent defects or otherwise made material misrepresentations amounting to fraud. Before statutory law, the buyer had no warranty of the quality of goods. In many jurisdictions now, the law requires that goods must be of "merchantable quality". However, this implied warranty can be difficult to enforce and may not apply to all products. Hence, buyers are still advised to be cautious"

What does it mean is simply that, sellers should bear in mind the important elements of telling the truth. Of course, you and I know that in the real world, people will say that you won't earn money if you are telling the truth. But what let the buyer beware tells is that, the buyer should know the products and at some point, it is the seller's responsibility to ensure that the product is merchantable, or sell-able. This is essentially important, as many of us, can fall into a trap that this cases is actually a fraud or misrepresentation case. And as so many bad cases around the world, the only best method to counter this, is that, the buyer although guarded by this doctrine, should be smart and wise to choose and pick the right things, and know the right stuff.

And speculating on a small issue, let's put my name in this scenario, fictional but can happen.

Eric is eating in a Mamak Stall, and is having his sumptuous Nasi Kandar (wuallaa!). Having to savor his meal halfway, the waiter who served him earlier, walked to his side and wrote on the bill and placed it below the cup of his drink. Enjoying his food to the optimum, Eric did not flip the paper or bothered on the price? He is just too into the food. Great!!! And later after maximizing his marginal utility, he went to the counter wanting to pay before realising that the bill noted RM 15 ++.

Oh he goes, 'WOW, watha" and recalled what he just ate.
A plate of rice, with muttons and carry on top. No vege, no papadum, nothing extra. Just rice and mutton and curies. And what did he drink: Ice Tea.

In this situation, some people will just go, "S**t,we got cheated and this is very expensive, but never bother asking". And this is why a lot of stalls are taking advantage. But having listen to a talk by Prof. Dr. Ishak, from Sime Darby Corporate Culture Team, he shared that, this is all within our will to, simply, ASK. He said, "I know you guys ate the food, and the guy might be complaining that you taken a lot of mutton (which apparently is always taken by them), and all sort of reason. But the courtesy is still to ASK, to KNOW and to caution our RIGHTS".

Thus, in this scenario, don't be afraid to stand up, we are not picking up a fight, but just to ask and know, and if they usually charges that way, simply don't go and eat there anymore. But if not, you may stand in the chance of not paying that much.

What a better name to name the event Behind the Scenes, having the worker of this behind the scenes, writing to you what is truly behind the scenes.

As you guys know, over the weekend, Multimedia University's Game Developers' Club had organized their annual (although only the second one this year) event namely GameFest. GameFest is a series of game festival that had been the core idea ever since 2 years ago with the GDC optimistic leader, Mr. Lee Xing Yao. This brings out the first series of Gamefest with an explosive start after having to collaborate with Cyberview Lodge and AMD for the event called Cyberfusion!

Cyberfusion was the true hardcore gaming event with breaking the World's Longest LAN Party with 38 hours. However, with the theme, Behind the Scenes tag in GameFest 2, yes, this year promise to be different? But how different?

One of the main thing about gaming is that everybody just play and play, whether is PC Games, LAN Games, Console or NEG (non-electronic games), but not many of us know how's the process of making the wonderful graphics and strong audio effects there is. With technology growing faster and stronger exponentially, we play better games but never know how we get better out of it. Thus this event main idea is to enlighten all gamers to know who and what is working behind them.

The main attraction starts with Game Development, whereby in our two days event, there will be 2 competition going on and 4 talks that had been done. The 2 competition includes 3D Max Modeling competition and Flash Game Competition that in needs truly the hard work and talents. In our talk, we have iPhone Application Talk that teaches and showed the audience how iPhone addictive games is made. On the other hand, with Codemaster, Malaysia's biggest company in game development, taking all 3 talks in fields of Graphics, Audio and 3D Modeling, it was full with people on every 1 and half hour talk by the expertise. Game Development competition and talks is our first event that is done in Multimedia University by us, because previously, we usually go to Codemaster office and learnt. The upbringing of the competition had brought up lots of talents and lifted up another industry from gaming. With winners list as below, we truly want to congratulate and encourage them to continually pursue their dreams in this.

As always, in our game events, nothing is left out that than the E-Games section. This time, with much more proper planning and with me, doing my very last event in Multimedia University, we promised to make it better - and we DID! Starting from the initial plan, me (Assistant Director) and Gavin, the team leader of Malaysia's #1 CS1.6 team, Team LZ had a discussion to make things better. And with brainstorming session, we came up with a plan of doing what DreamHack Winter did back in Jonkoping Sweden that is none other than the Octagonal Shape structure for our competition. With that, our event become the first event to do such structure for LAN Games competition. Our E-Games section were divided into three with two islands with Hexagonal Shape and the middle one, with Octagonal Shape. DotA took the first Hexagonal shape and the event was truly explosive as nearly all the Pro Teams had came to give Game Development and our event a support. CS1.6 competition crowd is even stronger this time, with 19 teams participated. COD4 had only 14 teams participated but that 14 teams had probably the one that shook the whole Dewan Tun Canselor with their commando-strong-explosive shouts!

With E-Games on the first day competing strongly, DotA's participation of 20 teams are playing group stage just like CS1.6. The match is long and hectic and at the end of the day, 8 teams from DotA and 8 from CS were named. Teams from CS1.6, with regular faces of Gavin, Julian, Rico, Hix, Rezza, Amir, Aiman, Aidil, Tecky and many more were present to battle for one of the early events for CS arena. While DotA gave even stronger respond with superstar players like Yamateh, Mushi, Sakura, DJSharky, Xigz and etc battle it out for this event. The competition were wild and with DotA being won by MUFC.Fishnet using the new format of best of 2, they edged the superstar team of Nirvana.MY followed by Inc'xLo. On the other hand, COD players battled their way out with ESP.Panik overtaken SWL.Oskot. COOP.My was third.

Top View for COD players

CS Competition was the surprise for everyone, as first this is one of the few matches in Malaysia that play Group Stage and next, we weren't able to finish our final. As time do not allowed, the Finals of Team LZ (lead by Gavin) and Team SUPERHEROES (lead by Julian) will face off in Quas CC next weekend. However, new guns who make their first appearance in Dreamhack Malaysian Qualifier, the team of TYT combine by Aiman's did their best to stand on 2nd runner up!

With other games involved, such as Console Gaming, this promised to be even better with Need for Speed Shift competition and Street Fighter 4 competition was up. NFS winner goes to Kassim edging off only 3 seconds faster than his competitor, Lee. Even closer the third place winner goes to Fadli with only 1 secs lost of speed to Lee with 1 minute and 25 secs. The SF4 competition is one of the most gruelling event with a crowd of 50 people observing the Pros battle it out. The 3rd and 4th placing fights of Kevin Teh and Mohamad Dinie had bring up the crowd spirit as both were very competitive. Upon getting third for Dinie, the final began. Michael Cheng edged his rival Leong Teng Fai with lots of his combo and with crowds getting really wild on Michael's side, Leong, fought back hard and strong and brings the match to overtime. The match was exciting that Michael won it, with the crowd still asking for more. A good event run by the Console Gaming team by Aaron Tiw.

Board and Card games is one of the new genre in GDC where it is always hidden played by our committees. This time, bringing up on the field, the event was truly brought up by lots of great participants ever since the early morning. Right beside their booth was the debut of Special Interest Group competition in Multimedia University. Special interest group are special items or hobbies that is played by individuals and to name some that you guys should know, Yo-Yo and Rubik's cube. And to name some that you guys don't know, pen-twisting, cup stacking and dice stacking. The competition were truly intense as well in this place with kids (twins) battled it out with the old guns. The competition were really interesting as many of us may have not known such thing (I mean for myself).

Children's Court

In Malaysia, we have an hierarchy of courts with different courts serving different purposes before going to the serious one on the top. One of the court that we have is Court for Children. It does not mean that children are running the lawyers and the judge, but logically, the court for children that did some crime.

The reason behind why we are using a children court is that, children are naive, immature and definitely wouldn't know much of the effect of what they have done, even in their adolescent. Thus, the Court for Children are for children below the age of 18. In the range of age below 18, children that commit crimes are given a chance that they might be a future leader, breaking from their past as it may not be their intention.

In the case that involved that was discussed in class is that a boy age of 12, had murdered the daughter of his teacher who is aged 11. The boy was found guilty after stabbing the girl 20 times with a sharp objects and slashing her 4 times. However, he was not sentenced to death. Alright, boo whatever you want and cursed whatever you want. As mentioned, this is not unfair, this is due to they may not know the consequences. Just like now, back when you are just 12 years old, will you know that making love with a girl, although you all are playing, and yet you did an intercourse with her (with her unwilling), is a rape? If you would have know that, do you wish to be granted the chance. Definitely yes, in fact, a life is definitely worth it, and you might think you can sacrifice your production and to continue living.

Back to the topic, it is consider unconstitutional law as it is different from the constitution. After much process, with court of appeal (before is the high court) until it reaches APEX or Federal Court. With the King's pleasure, the kid will be located somewhere, which we usually know is rehabiliation centre like St. Henry Gurney and etc. And we shall pray hard for their improvement in life. Probably you guys can blame the technology and the power of gaming, that caused this effect.

Back to the normal speculation process, so let's bring up a case. As we all know, celebrities are always blame of doing something they didn't do. In fact, toward man to man, they are never afraid. After all, making some payments and etc., or in fact, a good lawyer can give you a win. But when it comes to involving kids, "BOY, YOU ARE GONE!". Yes, yes, let's talk about Michael Jackson. The reason why I brought this things up, it may sound not related but I will let you know my point. Since after his death, the Legendary Pop singer who was accused and found guilty of child molestation, not one but a few. At the end of the day, those who said they are molested came upfront and admitted that, NO, MY DAD FORCED ME TO SAY, HE DIDN'T MOLEST ME.

So the point is like this, I'm a Junior to one guy called A. I'm his beloved son and one day, A was unhappy and having dispute with B. I also know B well, in fact he is like an uncle to me. Thus, A planned out a plot that involves me killing B unintentionally (add: with A not present). By the time B was found dead, with only me on the scene, I'm the only one convicted. With me, saying I don't know what happen and at the end of the day, I was found guilty and send for rehabiliation.
So does it mean that other than me, the other suspect like A who acted don't know, with all the blames on me escaping without having fur laying on his guilty hand?

Doctrine of Stare Decisis

The Doctrine of Stare Decisis is perhaps one of the most important studies in the field of law that was practise ever since from 1820s in the Supreme Court of England. In fact, from our lecturer, this is one of the most interesting area that cramps all the law students very much.

Stare decisis (Latin: [ˈstaːre deːˈkiːsiːs], Anglicisation: [ˈsteɹɪ diˈsaɪsɪs]) is the legal principle by which judges are obliged to obey the precedents established by prior decisions. The words originate from the Latin phrase Stare decisis et non quieta movere, "Maintain what has been decided and do not alter that which has been established".

In the United States, which uses a common law system in its federal courts and most of its state courts, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has stated:
Stare decisis is the policy of the court to stand by precedent; the term is but an abbreviation of stare decisis et quieta non movere — "to stand by and adhere to decisions and not disturb what is settled." Consider the word "decisis." The word means, literally and legally, the decision. Nor is the doctrine stare dictis; it is not "to stand by or keep to what was said." Nor is the doctrine stare rationibus decidendi — "to keep to the rationes decidendi of past cases." Rather, under the doctrine of stare decisis a case is important only for what it decides — for the "what," not for the "why," and not for the "how." Insofar as precedent is concerned, stare decisis is important only for the decision, for the detailed legal consequence following a detailed set of facts.

In fact, this Doctrine as mentioned by my lecturer is that, most British colonised country will probably practise this doctrine. The easier understanding of this doctrine is that, "judges are bound to follow the decision made by other judges before them in dealing with cases with similar facts, whether is horizontally or vertically". Horizontally applies whereby the decision is bounded by earlier judges with the same level as the one using it. Vertically is like a superior to subordinate, whereby the one practising now is folowing the decision from a higher court or superior court.

And probably Stare Decisis is the one that makes law really hard, as they truly need to memorize and research a lot whenever they are going for a legal suit. And probably this makes two statements fairly accurate.
One will be by George Santayana, "Those who don't remember their history, are condemned to repeat the same mistake again".
Second, "The more research, just like any fields that you made, the more meticulous and trustable your information are".

Back to the topic, although Stare Decisis may meant that way, it is not as easy as is seem. Learning from my lecturer and also my law friends, not all the cases are the same and they varies, due to generation differences, technology and lots of evolvement. Thus, a lot of justification must be made as similar as possible to the case that is brought forward. But truly, it is not that easy, not just in pointing out the similarity, but to convince people that every information delivered makes hell of a sense.

So from there, we can see two things, the normal two things of advantages and disadvantages. The questioned that was brought up to me, that leaves me mumble something that I understand myself. From the positive point of view, it brings efficiency. Simply, you do not have to waste your time doing the same thing that was done earlier. In another word, REFERENCING. Apart from that will be the stability in law, that through either cultivation or cases from centuries ago, people know what is allowable and what is not. From the sources of Wiki Answers, "...to promote a uniformity of law throughout the country. Different states are free to disagree among themselves as to what laws govern in their states, but since most court made law comes from common law England, many legal principles have the same roots. Courts of different states do try to make rulings in line with other states even though they do not have to."

Although uniformity of law may be seem as both positive and negative. The negative sidepoint will be that uniformity shows that everything that happen will be the same, and there are no OTHERWISE! To rule autocratically is good, but democratically, it may seem absurb. Also, the expectability of the results may seem quite the same. Let's say there are so many cases of raping in Malaysia, and most of them will likely to get the same punishment, and out of probably thousand, only one exceptional case may happen. This simply leads to the restrictions of Judge to command and to open up to new debate. Why? Because let's say, if horizontally, most people will accept the results, but vertically, everyone might be thinking that, is that Judge trying to outrun the law of the Supreme Court, or getting some flashlight for himself. Thus this is not developing the study of law. And as time goes by, back to the 1800, the mentality of people are much different, with humans nowadays slightly more fabricated.

Thus, from that as usual, let's speculate some real case that is happening, in fact TODAY! Back in 1998, one of the Malaysia's most bizarre political scandal that involve the Deputy Prime Minister, accused and found guilty of sodomising a guy. Ten years later, after he was released from the prison of his act in 2004, he is once again being accused in the same story, with his personal assistant as well. For many of us, who knew the true story behind the court, many of us have regretted that incident, simply the media is making a truly bad name of the accused. However, this time, media are so broad and many are well informed that 1998 case may have some slippage of information. But decision have be made, so in 2010, with February 3rd the first day where their case begin, does it mean, it will be using Stare Decisis again?

A Case on Fight after Accident in LDP

Hi guys, this post of my Business Law studies includes videos that we can discuss on. The first video is an accident of some drunkards while the second is a slight bump from the back, but resulted to a serious fight in the busy road of Lebuhraya Damansara Puchong, nearby St. Ignatius Church and LRT Station. It happen during the peak hours of LDP on 16th January, if I'mt not mistaken. This videos had brought in over 400 comments in one of the Youtube account and several others as well discussing on who is right and who is wrong.

Before you watch the video, there are some things to note.
1) The pink shirt guy is a mid-adult man soon to turn 38 as his birthday is on 2nd February (sources un-identified) and he is driving the Proton Gen-2 (WQB 2798)
2) The red shirt guy is a young adult, driving Proton Wira that bang the Gen2 from the back. Actually, just a very slight 'kiss' that the dent or scratches is rather not obvious
3) *IMPORTANT* The baseball bat is the belongings of the pink shirt guy. Look at pictures below

And from the video, there are some funny things that happen.

1) The red shirt guy threw the bat away in the middle of the fight

I won't continue my post with much personal thoughts, as I will do more ground research this time especially on whether how this lawsuit can be pursued, if it is really going to happen. Who is right and wrong, is hard to judge, especially seeing from the comments from youtube.

But we will start the warm up with,
1) Why do the pink shirt guy come down with a baseball bat? For protection or to scare people?
2) How did the fight started, who started in fact?
3) Why a small case will break lose to a big fight?
4) Why realising that the pink shirt guy bat is snatched, which mean he is un-armed, why did he pursuit to his disadvantage? Is it he is afraid that he might be attacked or a robbery can occur or protecting his wife/girlfriend?
5) Why did the red shirt guy threw the bat away?
6) Why did the pink shirt guy still attacking the red shirt guy after the bat is thrown, is it to his advantage or is he revengeful?
7) How was the matter solved?

With that, I will close this post and continue tomorrow for more research. Enjoy the video guys, and we also have to learn to give and take. The case as many had observed can be solved with RM 50 - RM 200 but end up with more damage, for now, yes it is just a 14 stitches on the head. But in long term, we never know. And for the red shirt guy, how is his conscience if happen the guy had a coma, or any of them was banged by a car when they fight?

A Case on Roslin Hashim

Hope you guys know who is this guy! Anyway, this might be a controversial post that I'm doing, so if you don't really agree, don't bash me off with cyber-troopers and put down this blog. Let's make it a healthy discussion and also basically to start up with my subject that I'm taking this semester, namely Business Law. But how is it related, for former national and World Number One badminton player to do with any law and legal issues that I'm going to discuss.

The first post is in English while the second is in Malay. The second articles provide more details and if any of you all who don't know how to read the post, you can let me know, I don't mind translating for you guys (for my classmates I mean).

The freedom of speech is literally practise in Malaysia. But freedom of speech practise in the world of blogosphere might be a real different story because the moments the button "Publish Post" is clicked, you may have the whole wide world, the access to view every opinions to have. Whether is defamation or accreditation. Anyway, use your rights properly, for everybody including me, I hope.

Alright, the issue of Roslin Hashim and his wife, Faizah Mohamad goes like this. They got married on 30th June 2009. Kiss, hugs, SEX and 12 days later, divorced. Nobody can really understand what exactly happened, until, Roslin personally revealed the suspense - simply - he couldn't get Sexual Satisfaction from her. Very bold words especially from our national player and so-call celebrity who is a role model for Malaysian sports scene. And upon divorce, now he had filed another lawsuit against her, to claim for all the expenses and etc. that they both used during the preparation for their marriage, which includes, the engagement ring, wedding ceremonies, including canopies, video and hotel rooms (sources from Malaysia Today) which totaled up to RM 53,460 and the law suit will be on March 23rd and 24th.

So guys, what do you think? Is it appropriate to bring up such a case if you are in this situation? My guesses goes like this, if you are from a small town in Malaysia, chances are high you will not. But from my Law friends knowledge, working in Sri Hartamas, every week they have at least 10-20 files to open, which nearly a quarter involves family or divorce law. Truly and sadly though, but YES. The culture in the more developed places in Malaysia is having this crisis, and my friend as a lawyer, had told his boss to not give him any lawsuits on divorce cases because on the surface we know, is all about the payment. But on the inner, the case that involved having children is so sad that, one party will demand more hours and days to meet the kids, while the other will only allowed a certain time and place for them to meet. It is just like how sad we can see Britney Spears case, in fact.

Back to our topic on Roslin is that, will you be daring enough to do what he did? Let's just talk on law and legal rights, comparing to emotional stuff. Will you be daring enough? For money or for rights?

The reason I discussed this is with the hope that I can find the answers. That their lawsuit are filed under the Syariah Court. And all I want to know is that, in Syariah court, is there rights that regard a husband must be fulfilled their sexual satisfaction or fantasies, in any or every way a lady could? Also, to be more debatable, in Syariah ruling, revealing the problem of a divorce due to sex, and is the reason conclusive?

I wrote in forum post regarding this issue, as this post won't just conclude the actual rights. I have wrote to Woman Aid's Organization, and on Sharia Law In Malaysia forum regarding this scenario for the ruling of civil and Syariah courts.

My questions are throw out this way,
To WAO,
1) For the wife side, as she is not the one that claim the lawsuit, and the lawsuit is in Syariah court, can she be claiming any rights for his man to disown her without knowing her properly?

2) Although the scope is in Syariah law, can she make another lawsuit on civil court for defamation and inability to understand her?

3) A pursuit on him, in any rights, or sections of a woman to say that Roslin behaviour is inconsiderate and did not respect the woman and her sexual ability?

And on the Syariah Forums,
1) Is it the rights of a MAN, to divorce their wife due to her inability to satisfy his sexual desire?
- addition question, "...in such a short period?"

2) Is there rights of a WOMAN, to counter stating that he did not give ample time for her to learn or cultivate the knowledge to satisfy her man? (as both are virgins, no sexual experience, I believe)

3) Also, in Syariah ruling, is the WOMAN allowed to pursuit a legal suit not just in civil court, but Syariah as well due to defamation of her?

We have to know the contain, as back in 2003, Divorcing through SMS or Text Message is allowed in Malaysia. Also in Saudi Arabia.

However, as speculation may be the forte of Financial Engineers, let's round this post up, before I update my post with the results from WAO and Sharia law forums, and law friends and even my lecturer. hehe..

The husband may also apply for fasakh if the wife is incapacitated such that she is prevented from having sexual intercourse."

There are many sections and laws in Suhakam, Malaysia Bar for Civil Courts and Syariah Courts of Malaysia, thus, the point of views will come in the next update. But for now, on Roslin side, he probably have this section to back him up..

1. The rights of a husband in a marriage

It is often believed that once a woman is married, she is her husband’s property and the marriage contract is an entitlement to sex. Sir Matthew Hale, Chief Justice in 17th Century England wrote:

“ The husband cannot be guilty of rape committed by himself upon his lawful wife, for by their mutual matrimonial consent and contract, the wife hath given herself in kind unto the husband which she cannot retract.”

Perak Mufti Dr Harussani Zakaria would seem to support this same thinking when he was recently quoted as saying that the act of a husband forcing his wife to have sex with him cannot be construed as rape and as a wrongdoing in Islam:

“A husband has the right to be intimate with his wife and the wife must obey. If the wife refuses, the rule of nusyus (recalcitrant) can be applied and the husband will no longer be responsible for his wife (23 Aug 2004, The Star).

But honestly speaking, you love your wife not just because of sex only right, and definitely to divorce her with a reason because of displeasure in sex. I mean, it is not absurb but rather abnormal. It is not like any side is impotence that in Syariah law the lady have the rights to divorce. And in such a short period that is 12 days! For some people in Malaysia, maybe they don't even have sex even after married for 12 days, in fact! Simply, sex may not be the main thing for a matrimonial.

Because if sex is that important, so much important that you might be afraid to land like how Tiger Woods did, 14 ladies, with lots of prostitutes and pornstars. But personal or emotional opinions are not debatable in LAWSUIT, unless you have evidence. That's why we need religious laws like Syariah or the Book of the Bible. In Catholic faith, once you divorce, you are straight going to hell when you die. Because in the Book of the Bible, stated in Corinthians or Thesolonians, as far as I remember, when you are having Holy Matrimony or simply, Marriage, two hearts will become one. So if you break up and divorce, each of you have only HALF a HEART, thus, you are in-human!

While looking on the poor wife, I believe Woman Aid Organization might have a good advise if this scenario reach out of hand. Let's hope for the best and pray that this type of scenario won't happen that often in Malaysia anymore.

Sometimes, I really want to look back at those people that I know in ~my life~ and truly give it a smile, to know a lot of friends with lots of variations, characteristics, charisma, patterns, styles and last but not least, smartness! Yeap, I bet you guys have some of your friends that you couldn't even think how they do it! Salute to that! haha..

Let's talk about this friend of mine, who plays DotA nearly everyday in his secondary school, up to a stage where he is rob in the Cybercafe, after rested 2 days, he and his gang went back to the same CC to play. Everyday in school, you will see him lying on the table - sleeping! May not be the worse student who play truancy, but definitely the worse in his class - He is in the first class by the way! Never care less for his studies, still doing the same thing and yes, Straight A1 it is! Easy pickings for him and now in Germany, on a full term scholarship! I bet a lot of my friends will know him as his name is just how regular you will know think of him.

Let's talk another case. A friend that never complains, always keep things to herself. Not a baby geniuses type, but a real geniuses characteristics. Winning points is DISCIPLINE! Her discipline is truly her strength in doing everything nicely, even in her hard times, she always pull it through just nice. Is like a spring that never breaks, a coil that always strike on time! How wonderful it is! Of course, hardwork had been put off, but in any situation that is thrown to her, whether you want to comment how tough or hard an assignment or exams for her, she is always there, standing readily for the paper or ready to bounce back anytime soon. And you stood there looking, there are so many geniuses that can do so many things, and you will find yourself digging the ones that you truly like of their characteristics. Human in fact, everyone likes to complain. I'm talking on behalf of myself that is the direct opposite of my friend, she never complains, I COMPLAIN DAMN A LOT, so much so that my GOD, probably might send Angel Gabriel to me and says, "Eric, you should just take some time off and stop complaining!"haha.. The level of complain that my friend did, is the lowest in the people that I know, which include my second brother, Alban's friend, who is the same - and done perfectly well in his career (a relation was done- they are from the same state). It is truly rare to find people that seldom or never complains, and is like everything is done just as it is. And never fail herself and never fail for me to observe how much salute she can receive. Whether the lecturer is having no backbone, or the assignments is as tough as you are meeting a hard-nut customer, or whether you having flu, A(H1N1) - the strong self perseverance brings to who she is right now! Truly salute that!

And then, going to the nerd category, whereby you know, NERDS! But guys, open your eyes bigger abit! NERDS may not be exactly be a geek, full of knowledge, but nothing but the knowledge those type of people. Some nerds are geniuses that you don't even can think how they can remember every single algorithm to construct, let's say a program that auto-trade for you Foreign Exchange. He can be laughing and jovial as ever, studies like a NERD, play like a PERK! But you can never think that one can reach a level to construct a full program, workable auto-trading software with ten or hundreds of thousands of programming lines, few hundreds of logic within, less than a week! And trading now, on good market with 20% margin return! GODLIKE!

IT is hard to say who is genius or smart and stuffs. Sometimes without realising you are being given that smartness. For people who didn't get it, and not having those qualities, it is not within our control or maybe, we are not on those field. But never be jealous or envy about it, admire those people. It is truly great to feel good about others, it gives you a sense of relieved that you are able to meet them. We are all given with the same size of brain, we work on it you will get it I believe. But truly at the end, is the DISCIPLINE that matters that makes that someone doing great. For me, I'm never a discipline person, and that explains why! hahahaha..Look around and find yourself people that you think damn freaking smart! Enjoy their characteristics and personality, and you might find some in you! Take it and GO!

Arson attacks in surau, but out of so many places, why Muar?

Hi guys, another so-call political post. If you know me personally, yes I like politics just as much as gossips I can say. Politics is fun if you are truly 'gentlemen' to hear it. Oh no, I shouldn't say that gentlemen word, or it will be the same case whereby Mr. Karpal Singh slammed on MACC Abdul Razak by commenting, what type of English he is using, "Gentlemen?".

Anyway, back to the title. It had been so many arson attacks in Klang Valley and part of Johor, and definitely we as the citizens are terrified. We never know when or where these unscrupulous attacks might happen and definitely, we should all condemned of such lowly-sickening act, because after all, it is a place of worship. Just like as always the saying goes, that you can always speak, just like those politicians, speaking like nobody business. But what comes from tongue, goes back to tongue. Let the tongue do the job, but not the actions. We can't say, STOP to all these things, as you know, "Tongue is the deadliest weapon", since it is started, let those that are responsible take the rightful actions.

The reason why I wrote this post that state, why out of so many places, Muar is the place that have this attack. Don't get me wrong, I'm a Muar-ian, and definitely, hearing such cases, we are definitely saddened. My hometown, the hometown that we are so proud of. The hometown whereby Namewee was found as well. And why this startling political stuff to be done in Muar? Muar used to be the place where lots of gangsters and Ah-Longs resides, but they had soon changed, so much long ago to be a better citizen for Malaysia. No more fightings, no more arson, killings and etc. They venture into business and having their kids study as much as possible - so much so that, Muar, is a very kiasu place for studies. You will be surprised?

Growing up in Muar, you will know why your level of literacy are slightly more competitive to the others. Not that other place do not have, Muar is slightly more intense. However, this is not a bad thing. People tend to get more literate and in fact, with lesser gangsters and those juvenile cases, Muar become one of the more peaceful place, in spite of her background. Friends, neighbours, hawker stall aunties uncle, mamak stall makcik pakcik akak abang, and all sort, are so friendly that whenever I go back, it is so hard for me to go back to where I am now, in places where too much selfishness exist. Muar is so much peaceful not after those people did such things this morning.

As Mr. Lim Kit Siang said, it is true that after so much peace, I truly thought that it will soon come to an end of this sensitive issue. However, it is brought back again. This time in Muar. Sad and angry in fact!
If this is meant for political issue, please let those politicians and people with knowledge to resolve what they want to do. Whoever who did that, please be responsible, because even if your General or Commander, is the one who ask you to do that, you are prosecuted! Please feel guilty about yourself. One thing is that, in a war, soldiers may not know everything, but at least they work together well. They fight face to face, not backdooring. If you think, you play too much dota, then you can go to NT Internet Cafe to challenge those players.
This no longer become a joke for such issue.
In fact you guys may not know, some of the church parishioners in St. Andrew, have been taking care of the church every night since 10pm to 6 am in the morning, ever since the first 3 incidences that happen in Klang Valley. As many of them thought last week, they can have a good rest at home, and to be able to work well the next day, Kota Tinggi church and another Seremban church attacked.

Soon, with much relieved this few days, and today, in my very own hometown, this things happen. So to the guys who attacked the surau, I can say this to you, "What the Fuck do you want?". Do you know how hard for those uncles and aunties, to work in the middle of the night, imagine if it is your parents who is taking care of the church or surau or Sikh temple. Yes! This is a serious issue, but all I can say is, "This is none of your fucking business anymore!". Politicians have their views, have their own perceptions, yes, I know. Pakatan Rakyat VS Barisan Nasional. So what? So what if you attack the surau, church, or temples, do you make a headline out of yourself, or make a fool out of yourself? Do you think you can stand in the position where those politicians can stand and talk. If you want to talk like a politician or work as a politician, study more, learn more, observe more and comprehend more of the situation and not just making a mere chaos to the flame that will soon burn your butt.

Everybody wanted to put a big FULL STOP to this issue, let's work on putting that, not erasing that. Come on, you probably don't use much eraser when you are in school okay, brats!

p/s: in Muar, please stop those issue, before those great gangsters come back to their job and do what they do best. Let's put an end to that! Thanks!

2010 - The NewComings!

Yes, the brand new year hopefully with the brand new stuff. This is the year I will be so-called graduated and entering the working life - something that I'm eager yet reluctant to put myself to it at the mean time. However, still enjoy every moment that can be enjoyed for now. And thank MMU for the very first time before me and my batch graduated, that Christmas Day and New Year we can celebrate without worrying about our finals. So you can imagine the delightful us way before we are actually celebrating. Three weeks plus of holidays had passed so fast and it is definitely the relaxing holiday that I wanted, after my hectic 2009.

This holiday itself is a blasting experience in fact. Have been doing a lot of visiting that my usual holidays and had not been hitting the swimming pool, gym or driving range that much. Spend less time on computers onlining but spend more time to pick up back what is left in early 2008, DotA! Get in routine and having a standard procedures and template on doing what my stream of cash flow is. Been reading more than usual, maybe last time holiday read one page, now 3 pages. Improvements, that's it! hia..

In short, also, a coincidence chance by fate that Christopher, Benedict and me had the same holiday. Chris graduated 6 months ago and is still 'graping' (meng-ANGGUR), while Kiat is completing his one last semester before hitting his career just like me. Kiat and I both have holidays, and definitely our girlfriend as well. Chris' girlfriend is back from Aussie, so what better plans to meet up for one last time as it is very hard for us to meet up as Chris is going to Singapore soon, Kiat is going to the industry that in needs a lot of his commitments especially to his band, and mine, to the conglomerate of Sime Darby.

It all started as a plan to just nearby places called Pangkor Island, apparently Chris and me who is supposed to DotA that night end up thinking lots in one MaMak stall. From Penang, to Langkawi, to Pangkor, to Desaru, to Redang (oh no, monsoon!). The finalist to be selected was Penang, Langkawi and with priority on Pangkor. And when we were back checking our flight tickets, apparently the 'cheap' us thought, 'Hey, Phuket is cheaper (in terms of flight)!' thus we set our cruise to it. Lots of funny stuffs happen after that but it was Phuket, but without Kiat and Jenny (his girl).

The Year by the Name 2009!

Yope! The year 2009, by its name is truly a great year for me. Venturing into new things that you never think you will go into and further your experienced with some skills and knowledge that you never think you will enhanced.

It is by then I realised the real and true meanings of opportunity comes and go, and to learnt how to pick up, to let go and truly be yourself at the end of the day. But why? Simple as life have to go on.

Living 2009 truly go beyond what my resolutions for this particular year. Though I did not achieved all of them, but I did achieved something others. Something that teaches me the principles of life, something that touches me that life can be the other way around and something that you can actually start doing even at this age.

However, 2009 lived a story behind it, share it slowly though. But pre-2009 have something new for my experience as well, that is attending for the first time Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra. That can be said as part of my assignment for my subject Music Appreciation, but definitely a worthwhile experience to listen to the piece dedicated to Brahms. The conductor that day was Osmo Vanska while the solo pianist that thrills the whole stage was Marc-Andre Hamelin. An experience to blow!

In Memory of Andy Gan...

On 3rd of January 2009, at 11.34pm, one of the National's Best Golfer had been called by the Lord. With all respect, Andy Gan Hsien Loong, born February 24th 1988, at the age of 21+ had peacefully left us.

I personally do not get to know him that well, but definitely we had 2 rounds of golf before, both in competition (back then when I'm still active), with him representing Selangor and my pack then, Johore. He is definitely one of the most prominent golfer back then not just because Selangor team is strong, but he is the anchor of the team. A friendly guy just like how he looks, Andy played really well and pursued his dream in golf - professional golfer, definitely. Being able to climb that hill and to continue climbing that hill in golf arena is not easy, especially in Malaysia. Probably he is able to do that because he had been slim while I'm always fat, so I did not give up, but did not continue that passion enough (sorry to crack such a thing at this time, it is in me, so to Andy's fans, no offense alright!).

It was unfortunate that during some time after I did not continue to be active in golf, I got to know that Andy had leukemia. Back then, I was really shocked hearing from Melanie (another prominent female golfer in the making and she if from Johore) regarding Andy's condition. As we all know, Facebook is so popular already back then, I went and send him some greetings. And, to my surprise, and to the joy of everything as a friend, Andy responded and still remembers me which tells me two things (FYI, I'm not that popular). One is Andy got a good memory to remember me, or two, I'm so fat back then that it is too hard not to notice me (sorry again Andy's fans!).

A few more greetings were sent to him as well, during his birthday and etc. And definitely when come to reflection time each time I see his Facebook, I will think, "This guy Andy is really damn freaking strong (not that I want him to be like now), but in the sense, he look healthy and joyful everytime!". That is COURAGE dude! Guys and gals, how many of you all can think that at this point of time, realising that you are in such stage, will have that strength to be so jovial and jumping like a monkey like him (guys, hope you understand what I'm trying to say). To pick up everything that is drastically falling apart, is simply not easy. Truthfully, all my salutations that I have in my life, will go to you Andy. And that I only get to know that, he blogs about this.

I only get to know his blog past few days and in my conscience, this is not those ordinary blogs that blab about life, those life or fantasy life you live in. This blog is nothing, but wholeheartedly from Andy's word, to say how lucky he is to cherish every moment and seconds in his life.

He is very passionate about golf, that golf was just about his life. But challenges bring him to this stage. I always thought that he is recovering so fast that he might be back in golf sometime soon. As the naive mind of mine that thought that leukemia is not as serious as cancer. I was wrong! Totally WRONG!! Again, Mel told me that when we see that he is strong, he is hiding everything behind his graceful smile. It was such a surprise for me because I truly hope to see in the golf arena back again, really soon actually. And noob mind in medical stuff of me, to learn that leukemia is so much tougher to overcome than cancer patients.

Thus, to my dear Andy Gan, your life is full of adventure, so much so that you brings that adventure to us, and inspire us with your every courage, passion and love. I, wholeheartedly was touched by your every actions to truly take every steps at a time. While we are blundering our life like there are always tomorrow, some others are always hoping for tomorrow. On behalf of my family and friends, to the family and friends of Andy Gan, our deepest condolences to you...and there are always still - You are in the better place right now! Our prayers will always go to you!

The passion is never unburned!

Hey guys, updates and updates and updates! haha..This blog is probably left very much unattended, truly unattended. The passion to blog never stops actually, practically because I talk way too much that I find no one to talk to that I turn to my computer. haha..That maybe the case I think!

Anyway, 2009 was a great year, less turbulence, but lots of mishap as well. But still, live a life that way unexpected, more exploration - more challenges - more things that use your big brain to think!

Life's like that so be it! Anyway, throughout 2009 I wanted to raise my website of www.ericseah.com, I create a reasonable look template, but couldn't transport a lot of things and construct it to complete, leaving the prototype until it apparently expires. During November, I was thinking whether to keep the site, and finally, I don't even have time to think whether to continue or not and finally drop the idea. Hey guys, it's been real long. Real long to have a post from me, every now and then you will still see the same thing over and over again. Anyway, I'm going to move my blog to http://www.ericseah.com soon. Having this domain since December and was busy till now though.
After all I've thought a lot to myself, not a professional but is a webpage developer, got some business ventures to do and having an unprofessional blog it's something funny. Basically coming to my blog for some of you is a sick thing. Haha..why? So many ads, very big intention to earn and trying hard to earn. Nahh..it all passes, the hype was there and you go for it during that time. But honestly, I've learnt a lot from a lot of people here and there, and now, Blogosphere have been my marketing tool in most of the Business competition that I've entered. As you might think, yea yea, just tell them how to put ads and stuffs and all --> That wasn't me in a Business competition or Coporate Interviews, they are something different that I blend in a marketing model using Blogs. The reaction for the ideas was good so far, and I'm going to implement them soon. Just hope that I truly have some great time during my holiday coming this early June. Need that a lot, though still have to continue my research and webpage development stuff, I think I can do it, hopefully. Anyway, having my study week now though, Life as a Student is so much fun though. Have some new goals in Life, so I'll update with you all very very soon.

Love doing the jobs I'm always apprehended. But probably at some point it is too forceful and time-consuming on the tasks I'm doing. But still I really hope it will benefit me sometime later.
Blogging is something I enjoyed more doing, because I get to explore more things and more exposure on the language that is used.

Anyway, tomorrow I'll be attending a seminar for peace, to be elected as an Ambassador for Peace by USF if I'm not mistaken. A whole day seminar, for RM 5, got breakfast, lunch and hi-tea which is consider not bad. haha..

Last week got some few more jobs to work with right after my event all successfully ended.
1) KLSE visit, which really is something very different from how we usually know about Bursa Malaysia, which is relatively very surprising to see how financial and capital market works. Only know that study from books just make you know basically the name that is Bursa Malaysia, not the whole content of how market runs. Their research centre was cool and the guy who is giving us speech, Mr. Kamal Fitri Mohd Pilus, is nothing but professional. Bursa Malaysia, didn't know it was so great.

2) GDC GameFest E-Sport 09, finally once again after 2 years and half, see the pros playing DotA back again. And then the best part doesn't end, get to see Counter Strike pros playing on top of their game. Freaking crazy and great players that makes me wanna say Holy Sai! You guys can see the winner pictures by clicking here

3) MATLAB workshop organized by Golden Key Apprentices (i'm part of the team). The event was great, because the software and the conductor was really powerful. But the problem is that is way too engineering that I can't really know what is the content. Miss out the power-tool of engineering side but at least know how it works now. Still cool!

Now going through the Seminar for Ambassador for Peace which I really hope to hear the name of the Noble people which I was inspired to. And then, OSK Investment Challenge which I haven't invest much, market was bearish but there are potential of arbitrage after learning the thoughts from the person I'm working with, Eon's Bank Certified Financial Technical Analysis. Will revised on it..and just living the busy life. Which is great..I'll spend some time alone. But probably it might not be, because in 6 months time or 9 months time, I'm planning to do the next E-Sport Lan competition. So there are more things. Just hope there are more plenty of times to deal with this things.

hahaha..if I'm able to blog all of this, it will be a great time and experience actually.

Life have been so fulfilling for me so far, yet I'm way too busy to do the things I used to do best. Been to busy with lots of things that hopefully somewhere in ~my life~ benefits me. Anyway, a preview of how last busy semester had brought up to me.

First of all, visit to Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra, very gruelling experience.
Being a student tutor which is quite fun to be teaching students on something I'm not majoring on. First-Ever paid Magic Show which helps the team who organised the event by scoring an A. Helped company for my first ever webpage contract with a company as a freelancer. Golden Key Apprentice and events to go on.
It was a nice close out of 2008 for me..and sorry for not wishing everyone.
So GOODBYE FREAKING 2008 n HAPPY 2009!!..SORRY FOR THE LATE WISHES..SO TOGETHER, HAPPY LUNAR NEW YEAR, THAIPUSAM AND HAPPY VALENTINE'S EVERYONE!!

2009,STARTED out great and hoping for more great things.
1) Charity Magic Show. great feelings for a brand new year..and felt tremendously great for that.
2) More Magic shows to come..one coming this coming Tuesday, close up for Fate Fair in Multimedia University.
3) Golden Key with more events, Faculty of Management finally KLSE visit responded and GDC for a Guinness Book of Malaysia Record event of 38 hours of 250 gamers. I'm on it!! cool..
4) Qualified in Top 10 MDec Business Plan Competition..out of 42 universities. Final presentation is this coming Thursday. Wish me lots of Luck!!
5) lose out for HSBC YEA Competition, but going again for this year, after realising that not all tournaments demand same things. haha..E-Strat Loreal Business Challenge, even tougher and hard to know and beat. Lose out both two. But got plenty to come and I'm entering. Not gonna let go.
6) A more motivated year and a more great views in life!!!..hahaha..let's do it man..

- this is because they don't even have to do anything, they walk, they talk, they laugh, they eat and all things that they do, they are always cute. they don't have to go put a 'PEACE SIGN' on any parts of the body and cheese with the camera to get people think they are cute, or acting cute. Blogging and Me

Hey guys, it's been really really long time to hear me blogging again. And a lot of things had happened to me. And seriously, to blogged out this way, it includes tonnes and tonnes of things to write up.

I used to have more time on my keyboards playing games and blogging but now my routines had changed. The amount of time for me on my keyboard had doubled that I needed a wireless keyboard as to not spoil my laptop's keyboard. The amount of time i spend in front of my computer to check things that moves every seconds increase with the exposure of me towards my laptop. Ergonomically sound, I'm just going to get RSI or carpal tunnel, but what do I do for living?

I'm a student right, and what is this all about?

Anyway, life turnaround so much that something I loved it, and at the same time I hate it. I've make more mistakes and also make more right decisions during this part of life. The right decision didn't give me more rewards, but the bad mistakes give me a real big tight slap. The right decisions are meant for future reference and for life to come actually. The bad mistakes is for now and probably future and to enlighten everyone else. I try to take things step by step, it is too hard and it is too cruel.

To summarise some of the part of the stories which I'll tell in the future, I probably hated 2008. Of course my God Almighty never teach me to hate any of the year or anything, but I just really not hate it, but despise it. It hasn't been great from front to end. The whole year in fact, everything, I mean most of the things which near to every single thing. Too much obstacles and end up I'm the one who is tasting all the bad poos. And till now, I'm still tasting every bit of bad 2008, hey that sucks man..really really do.

but I did sought out a reason. A reason which is so true but I dare not face it. The reason is simple,

Kong Kong, Johor - Seafood's Corner!

Have you all guys heard about this place name Kong Kong?
Probably there might be less than 30% of Malaysians who doesn't know this place exist. And that's still okay as Malaysia ain't that small. The worse I think is that, Johoreans themselves I think less than 40% as well know this place, unless for people staying nearby. In fact, even those Generation Y that live in Johor Bharu might not know this place too. I, a Muarian didn't even know this place exist until recently when my dad brought me to this fantastic seafood heaven. It may not be having the tastiest seafood as of course, being the tastiest carry a heavy burden. So I can't claim that, but what I can claim is what is the freshest, the non-tacky smelly, the delight that most seafood lovers want, you probably will remember this Kong and the other Kong. hehe..It's so good that you have to repeat the same name twice. Kong -- KONG!!

hehe..cut the crap now. I'll show you the place where you can eat and see across the sea to see Singapore. Pics of Kelong where you can fish there and also a good place to celebrate parties, and hang out.
First of all this place is built and owned by my father's friend. It is a partnership business and I'm not doing the promotion because he is my dad's friend. I'm a neutralist and I do things based on my own perceived value, not easily influenced.

This UDANG KETAK, or 'Lai Liu Ha' may seem normal, but you gotta eat it to see why is it so special. It has 'KO', which is something like the crab egg paste and it is sizzling delicious. One because the prawn is springy, secondly the prawn is juicy and lastly the prawn is fresh.

And nothing goes without having a LOBSTER after introducing the cousin lai liu ha. Lobster's ass were way bigger and their head is so much bigger you thought they are crabs.

The sight to relax seeing some fishing village..the good part is that, this fishing village doesn't smell. A lot of fishing village in Malaysia have the stench way before you reach the parking place. This is still un-exploit, and hopefully even after exploit, it is not smelly.

The big clamp crab that can make you clamping for it for more, when the local's delight of SMOKE BAKE CRAB. It is one of the sweetest crab that I've ever tasted. Trust me..use SMOKE to cook it..it's nice..

haha..the best part..this may not be local seafood..this is imported from Canada Oyster. It is so big and juicy, you migh need 10 pieces of facial tissue to wipe you mouth.

And here wer go..this is the RESTAURANT.. the name to be REMEMBERED!! It maybe quite hard to reach there..so if you want to go, let me know, I'll give you the contacts.

In this times when so many things had happen around you. You felt weird, despised, hated, angry, tired and definitely disappointed with everything that happens around. Whether it is friends, politics, more politics, gossip and more gossips and all those things that make you miserable. You gotta think of something, that is, those things that aren't.

Keeping yourself feeling alive and feel that you are still okay is when you realise things still got the better way. Sometimes, it's just old habit that is hard to kick away but sometimes, you gotta to make that choice. Life is not that simple but it can be very simple. In Bangkok Dangerous, Nicholas Cage's character as Joe once said, to be alive, you gotta have no ties, no friends, nobody else that know where you are and no one to pull you down. It's sometimes the simple fact that people are thinking you are odd. But why aren't they are odd, is it because they are those that walk across the street like in the Busy Street of Tokyo, who do not dare to change their path of life. It is all decisions in life.

I've learnt myself and got kicked real hard in the ass, head and p***s so hard that you can't barely walk. But I've also learnt that proection is really important to keep things the way they were. It's not that you are being mean sometimes, as we got our own ass to take care. People may think that you are no longer the same, but hell you are the same, but habits are there and this is what everybody thinks about you. Hard, it's just as hard as rock.

It's been so long since i last rambled here, not that I got nothing to ramble, just that sometimes, take more of your time and breathe in deep. Real deep and take a look around you. The environment is changing so are you, people are changing too. It's for better or for worse, but the simple fact that lies within, you have to stay strong. So strong that people give you the respect that you want. Even if they don't, you don't have to go all the way through to make them do it. Just do the right thing and always be humble. My dad's piece of words of ALWAYS BE HUMBLE it's something that brought me up. And myself have those ego that had nothing, but constantly brought me down from prime. But those ego are also those that keep me survive in everything I do now.

So, hehe..I just got to say, being humble is nothing but the best thing. Humility brings you better life. Humility brings you better trust and people know who you are. Don't fake humility as it will just make you a poor actor. Being a good actor, is to put your feelings into something. Just like singing and all. Being a good humble magician, it's someone that you don't even know have such ability. Being a humble presenter, is someone that constantly make you feel comfortable and you don't feel a single time wasted listening to them talking. And being a humble person, it's someone who deep down in their heart are known and made humble, but not telling themselves that I'm doing this humbly. Nop, humility it's one of the hardest nature to beat in our mind and soul. If you beat it, and humble in a way that you never expected you will do it, then give yourself a good pat at the shoulder.

I know where I belong, I know where I stand for. I've got my primest time, I've got my best opportunity, I've got my greatest adventure, and I've got the greatest slump that I might ever get. I'm a sprinter not a runner, I'm a kicker not a puncher, I maybe a idiot but not a bastard and seriously, I'm ERIC and damn clear that it is spelt correctly. So, life is like that. You got to find that something that makes you and breaks you and you just have to breaks those things that breaks you into several pieces. I maybe not who I am talking here if I did not miss that opportunity 4 years ago. It is my adventure, and it is my adventure before it became an underdog adventure. haha..Let's do it Again! Roll it!

Father Polino Detained by Cops

This afternoon I received a message from Christopher who happen to forward a message to me about Father Polino from CDM in Subang Jaya one of the parish priest was detained by cops during a Rally of Anti-ISA. It is a very big surprise and I hope all you to pray hard for this good man which he had done nothing wrong.

I don't know why suddenly the eruption of ISA had caused multiple threats to the nation. I mean I myself is really afraid that right now, who knows, people might be rallying and suddenly there is an ambush, and I'm not involved I might get caught. But that's not the point, the point of ISA is the reliability and great security of our nation, but somehow it is at quite a shaky period whereby as mentiond the Chief Judge is reviewing the RPK ISA charges. It is then supported by the Bar Council.

Just hope that our country is just as peaceful you know. Najib might be up this coming March, with lots of hopes of the nations is still on Anwar Ibrahim. Whatever it is, just make out country a better place to live in. Before lots of your geniuses and smart-brained people went overseas and developed their status there. Life is nothing but responsibility.

RPK FREED!!

Today might be the brightest day and surprising day not just for Raja Petra Kamaraddin but the rest of the Malaysian citizens. Bahahaha. A surprising RPK himself couldn't comment much but just mentioned that he is too tired over this. And we shall thank the High Court Judge, Justice Syed Ahmad Helmy Syed Ahmad to consider that the ISA unlawful. It is about the harbeas corpus that our Home Minister signed I think somewhere during September for RPK's two year detention order. The High Court say the Act is unlawful and was seconded/supported by our Bar Council.

I guess a lot of people will be very happy about this. Not just that RPK might fire up MalaysiaKini again, but at least their family reunion is something great for them. Also, RPK can sleep nicely, eat nicely and enjoy better treatment at home. So all the BEST for the WRITER that shakens Malaysia.

Haha..this is perhaps one of the most funniest keywords that link to my blog. Yes I'm from Muar, but I don't write anything bout sex life or sex in Muar though. I really don't know how the search engine can link it up to me. And perhaps today's most visited sites is due to people finding this.
Really nothing but surprised. And did I ever mentioned bout sex life in Muar before. No right!

Anyway, to those people who might be disappointed after clicking on my blog only to realise is an undergraduate a**hole blogging like s**t. I have to thank you all for visiting my blog which may someway somehow guide you all a little here and there.

Muar, sex life probably is one of the most boring I guess. Muar have brothels definitely and those brothels are high-class brothels. Before when you walk into it, or walk passed through it and you don't even know that is a lair of the chickens. In Thailand or in Geylang, Singapore, when you walk across that street itself, you will know the smell of pleasure (for those people went) and the view of golden triangle (also for those people who went). Muar as I have mentioned, was once the most serious triads district ever in Malaysia, even triads now here are more professional. So that also explains the brothels here that truly differs from all. Some hotels that I walked pass for ten years, up until recently only I know is a brothel. And I wouldn't know it, not until I was in great hunger for....
BREAD..that I saw police raid into that hotel, bringing a line of ladies out.

So, if your intention is to find brothels in Muar or get to know the stories, do hang out around 'Sa Bei Lor (hokkien)' in English will be 3rd Street. And also some in 2nd Street and between 2nd to 3rd Street. Or if you are lucky, they are performing outside, but those are Tranvestites, those are easier to know. You can ask them if you want. So at least don't curse my blog already. And this is perhaps one of the funniest post ever. Thank you and practise faithful and great sex life.

I have recently entered Ciao! and started writing reviews on the blog. Perhaps I do not know whether the amount of money that I have earned is it for real or is it that they will delay my payment. I couldn't be sure, but guess what, in 4 days, I have written 20 reviews that is around 150 words and earned myself a $20.18 USD. There are so many doubts, but for each review that your wrote honestly, you will get USD$1 after being approved by the coordinator. The payment I just requested, I do not know when I can get it. But I'm writing quite a lot of reviews daily to keep up with the earnings. Seriously, after reading so much news recently as US Presidential Election drawing close, it's really really interesting to see how great US politics are.

The whole time since the election started from Clinton VS Obama till now Obama VS McCain, I got nothing to say but amazed by how their politics are running in their country. Of course in my country, I'm pretty 'proud' of how our politics are running to. And the next general election, I'll be the next candidate running too. Running to put a vote and vote with rights!! (super lame but you know what it's coming with the running words)

Apart from seeing our local scenes which is rather interesting, and it's better than American Drama Series, or Taiwan Popular Series, or TVB Drama Series, atau Malaysia Siri Drama Berturutan,
Malaysia's politic is drama on daily basis. So you wouldn't need to wait for long, and it's updated daily or semi-daily with the wonder of Internet.

Alright, let's drop it. US politics is really interesting as I have read their background and how they plan to achieve it. Let's say this guy, President George W. Bush, apart from being so popular in the WORLD. I mean a lot of people might don't like him for his action so as a lot of people worship him. I'm not on either side but..BUT have you all ever read about him and his background in US politics. It's superb dude!!(George Bush actually work for politics ever since he is very young, if I'm not wrong since graduating from college or high school or something, that is why he knows every single bit of politic)You know right, most American Politicians are true blood politicians. They have those politician blood in their body that whatever they do, it's politically healthy. It is so far apart from other country who is playing so much money politics, that itself explains why the growth of the country's economic is dampened.

I'm not saying that US is great, but I guess why we consider US the super nation explains a lot of things for us. Also, US technology, sports and a lot of achievements had proven why so much great things had come from there. World Richest Warren Buffett is there too, World No. 1 Golfer Tiger Woods, World Best Swimmer or Greatest Olympian of all Time Michael Phelps. Seriously, it's too great to be true.

Let's talk about Senator Barack Obama, this guy is impressive. From the way how he deliver his speech and McCain too is influential as I can say. The thing that shows how powerful and great their politics is, their nations LISTENS! This is seriously the most important key point, people listen of what they do and what they ought to do. So of course, being a politician is never easy, that you say and you have to mean it. Through thick and thin, by hook or by crook they will deliver that. This is what makes the difference. Apart from there, their citizens know of the power of a politician and trusted them too. Imagine their work, that includes encountering planned assassination by the Neo-Nazis citizens, how hard it is to be politician in there? and YET, he is still running and keep it going. This is really something to be "WOW" about. Like you know that how many politicians are killed already, yet it never stops you. Even people who had sacrificed like Martin Luther King, John F Kennedy, US politician just keep getting better. Perhaps watching Vantage Point also sets apart more knowledge for us.

But still..guys, do read about their politics. It's something very eye-opening for us to see and to know. For our knowledge whether it's for now or future, it's good to learn those things.

Hey guys in Malaysia, have you all heard about Nescafe Kickstart before?

Well, this is not a promotion or advertisement post, it's just something I want to share with you guys. Every year, Nescafe which is one of the leading brand of coffee in our country which the company who produce Nescafe is Nestle. Gossip - How to Deal?

I have been around some blogs especially my favourites and popular one and I came across this short note from kennysia.com. So I went and read and it's just about it. Gossips and rumours, and sometimes it's not why we can't cope it, it's that sometimes, as human we just need people to remind us how to cope it. Because, we already knew how to cope it just that at some point in time, we are slacking, didn't think of it and etc. Thus, after reading this common from a forum which Kenny link it, I read it and it's just the simple fact that it is true. So I hope you all will read it and reflect part of it..

Gossip... who cares?

The last time I was bothered, or in fact harmed by gossip, was the last time I defended myself against it.

When you're dealing with rumours, either true or false, of which there is no evidence, then the only thing that's going to decide who's right and who's wrong is conviction...

If your conviction is stranger than that of the people spreading the rumour, then the rumour will have no power. The good thing is that people who spread rumours and gossip a lot, usually have the conviction/will of a fly, and are easily influenced one way or the other. They believe bullshyt on a mere word because they got nothing better to do, or they have no solid footing of their own in reality, so they just borrow others... They're as easy to bullshyt one way as they are the other.

One exception to this is when there is a large group of people all spreading the same rumours as gospel... Together they are stronger, the fact that more people believe the rumours gives the gosippers more confidence in bullshyt they are spreading.

Even then, you can still repell the rumours with conviction, you'll just need more of it. In this case you'll have to be the rock that stands off the tide... put your foot down and don't let up.

This is all of course, assuming the rumours are untrue, because if they are true, then you'll need to be a pretty solid liar to quell them!

Defending yourself against rumours is a big nono... trying to refute rumours is simply ADDING to them. The best thing to do, is to simply deny whatever the rumour suggests and leave it at that... don't go off to search evidence or whatever, you'll only be keeping it alive and putting more attention on it that it deserves...

The bottom line is... rumours are bullshyt, and you have no time to waste on them. People talk shyt, it's really not your problem, and if it does become a problem, you put them down, hard and abrupt... In a way that properly conveys your annoyance with people spreading completely unsubstantiated and negative information about you.

Not so long ago, a woman I was interested in and dating, confronted me with a rumour she had caught wind of... She heard i was still very much involved with an ex gf... Which is quite frankly a complete lie, we are friends and have been for many years.

She starting acting aloof, so i confronted her about it, and she told me about the rumour. I told her that if she had heard something like that, she should have just confronted me about it, instead of going off and drawing her conclusions based on lopsides folk tales.

She agreed but wasn't convinced regardless, so i just stuck to the fact... we're friends, and have been for years... that's all it is, and if she can't take my word for it then there's nothing i can do... her move!

Now i realise that was kind of a power play, but the point is that I was NOT in the mood for defending myself against stupid gossipers which imho are one step up from unicells in the chain of evolution, and so i felt no need whatsoever to further justify myself, and left it at the facts and my word that those WERE the facts.

That was that, and it worked, she came around, but the relationship ended quickly because she was very jealous of the relationship me and my ex have, and I didn't want to deal with that.

Prison Break Preview Season 4

After so much season, and with so much interruption during the season 3 of Prison Break. Prison break is back, and this season 4, after I watched the 5 episodes recently, I'm nothing but amazed. the thing that I always thought of having that is the combination of Alexander Mahone and Michael Scofield, it's so so great man.

Mahone is nothing but very helpful throughout the first few episodes. And he is just the real smart guy which provides a lot of help. You will be introduce by Roland, a great hackers which perhaps, can hack most of the things he wanted. And apart from that, the of Scofield is always alongside with Burrows and Sucre. Nothing much the difference. But this time we got Bellick after Sucre vouched him out to help. And you will be faced with some surprises too..haha..A VERY BIG SURPRISE!! So go and watch it..

Also on the other hand, Scofield team is working with the Government, which shows that they are no longer criminals running, they are running away from being caught by the Company people. And they have their butt back up by the Government's something. So it is really very interesting to see when you get to know that they are more on the good side and all. Also, T-Bag is another one to be watched as he is really one of the important characters in this season.

The great surprises will come to you all and you will see why Alex is so great. Why Gretchen is turning her back (remember her)?hehe..Why Scofield is pushing harder? Why somebody(to be watched) is backing up Scofield and motivate him so much? So do watch it man..hehe

Alright, this may seem a little bit like asking you to do some surveys and got money for it. Maybe it's something you all might want to do or something you all don't even think of doing. It's okay. It's just that doing surveys and helping out in surveys is always a favorite for me. I've always help my friend do surveys whether I'm on the answering or asking people to give answers site. This is because, through surveys, if it is done truthfully, we can actually help a company or a research team get what they want.

Right now, in the Information World, people are offering money so that people will give better survey answers. And I've always enjoy survey which include you writing on it rather than just Multiple Choice. I've recently joined a online survey programme (thanks to CuriousMan recommendation), they did give us some monies which is not really necessary but why not! So I've done a couple of survey, and their surveys are really interesting. Imagine giving surveys for Starbucks, or some companies whom want to know how to improve their operation or us, the customer point of view. Freelance Webpage Work

I'll be doing a free lance part time webpage work for a company soon. It may require some of the things that I have learnt during my courses and I have to brush up the WAMP (Windows - Apache - MySQL - PHP) and also picking up some Flash while doing my work. It's not going to be an easy task for me but I somehow need that job for some reason. Hopefully it's something interesting and encouraging to do so. Cyberjaya Scandal

Perhaps you all might be wondering why such a topic appear in my blog. Actually I got caught up with this news recently from my best friend Chris talking about some scandal. At first, he and I thought it was a rape case in Cyberjaya. I even spend my time thinking did it happen in Cyberia Apartment. But apparently, we were wrong. It is actually leaked photos just like Edison Chen and all the hot Hong Kong actresses. So as for this, it involve two really decent pretty looking girl and a rich Pakistani guy. Seriously, I was shocked when I see those pics and couldn't really trust what I see. Because, the girls are really very decent looking..anyway those things it's up to you to judge. Consider me naive and not well exposed to this stuff, you all can see it yourself not on my blog..but this blog that shows you the latest updated version of the pictures. hehe..pretty interesting though..(adult content ar)

As what I know, the pictures were taken two years back and it actually were spreading around the internet already if I'm not wrong. But i'm not really sure..just read it yourself..

Other than that, let's talk about the accident that me and my close friend Duan Ming witness. And funny thing is, it happen before our dinner and we didn't even know a single thing. Until we finish our dinner, and was walking around cause it's after finals and we got nothing to do. And we saw a police car there. And it seems like a crowd is gathering there. The normal me will be more than delighted to get a peak. At first, we thought it was a small accident, seeing a new black Hyundai I0 crashing to the side of a parked dark blue Wira (a Penangite car I guess). The impact seems like it skidded that the blue wira left hand side tyre were brought up to the side border (benteng) of the road. That's pretty amazing!! I mean the impact must be darn big if not how to float a car up on the 'benteng'. So at first we thought of going back already, but eh..how come right opposite of us, there are crowds also. So we went there and see..and it seems even more interesting. 3 parked cars were thrash like they actually being remote controlled-ly crashing each other. There is one silver Atos, blue Saga and a white MyVi. All three of thems I think are residents of Cyberia. I guess the impact must be quite hard that the parked Atos booth and back was disfigure until the front row of the driver seat. Which means, back all don't have, passenger seat also don't have. Look like a Smart Car though. And the funny thing is, the Atos was crash and the car actually turn around and was facing the opposite of the direction of the road. The Saga butt was trash off to the top of the benteng with his half body like hanging on a cliff like that. And the white MyVi just got FRENCH kiss on her butt. So that's about it.

But how did it happen? It's simple, A1 race is coming soon, there are some African Students who wish to qualify for it. And they misunderstood Cyberjaya with Texas and Tokyo. Hmm..also misunderstood with Kuala Lumpur(KL Drift) and Selangor. Thus, they set their race on Malaysia's deadliest road and City call Cyberjaya (with low % of Crime rate, but highest % of rate goes to Accidents--> peaceful yet dangerous). The guy who drove that Hyundai lost control and crash the Atos to let the parked Atos to have a round of donuts on its own while the non-drivered Atos got blurred and crash the Saga that the Saga was surprisingly shock and fly up to the benteng. Before it get to fly, he was already frenching the MyVi. So get what it mean?
On the other side problem is, this Hyundai lost control and still manage to turn in and the car skidded (I guess the road wasn't tight enough for him to perform the 'fly over the road' drift). So it end up skidding with his Airbag already blown to his face..and bang the Wira. And the surprise wira once again is shocked that it jump up the benteng. The African guy drift it really well that not just his tyre were blown, others tyre were blown. Also, the Airbag was blown and the door was blown too. That he got stucked in the car and have to get people to remove him from ihs vehicle. And sent to hospital, just hope his head wasn't BLOWN!

So in Cyberjaya, please please please drive safely and carefully. He is lucky that during that time, no car was around or anyone was walking as most MMU-ians are back in their hometown. What if an innoncent person was killed, without actually attempting to race. So please be considerate, and I know one thing. If you didn't kill a person, you might kill those stray dogs around okay! So please..drive safely and carefully. If you want to race, race in your own place. In your own apartment, recruit people to seal the road, create a Grandstand for people to view top above. It's dangerous dude!!!

I'm Back..better equip with something

As life goes by, people improve and definitely there is always problems that you have to encounter willing or unwillingly. It goes for me as I'm a normal human. And in fact, this year is really a pretty unlucky year for me..but usually people always say be GRATEFUL that you are still alive today. And yes I'm grateful but not to encounter such unpredictable problems. Anyway, problems are meant to be solved, so I'm just trying to solve it one by one.

This blog had a long way since I last updated it and this blog will no longer be any promotion blog about how to earn online money anymore..cause I believe it's meaningless as some people wanted to read your opinion or something but instead receiving things that might chase them away. I really appreciate the 50-70 readers daily who still view my blog but yet I'm not delivering it. Perhaps this is the third time I apologise already. And I just showed the reason why so many bloggers who fail to earn money through online..that is LACK OF PERSEVERANCE. haha..obviously it's normal. I have set up a couple of portals with full force execution on specific topics. One of them you all already know long time ago that is my golf blog and some other in the process blogs.

Seriously, there are better and more specific things to share and thus I'm working hard on it and this shall be my assignment since I started back in 2006. Also, I'm also currently working on a team to create webpages for companies. I got a couple of small project so I'm also working on it. Finally after a throughly long but happens fast semester had passed through. I believe the atmosphere is nothing but saddening, because after getting so tired out, complain out, you definitely still enjoy it. Just that we don't get to enjoy it while we are at it, and we don't get to enjoy it even after it. And that's bad. Seriously this is what happen in our life and career ahead, full of challenge, unable to sleep nicely and all sort of things. However, it is not all that bad after all. Look at who we are right now? We ruled the DAY whole night to morning, morning to afternoon, to evening and back to night again. Perhaps I have never had so much days that I didn't sleep at night in a month. But for the past two weeks, I think I have accomplished something that I'm not really proud of, and something that I really wish won't happen again. But still..it's enjoyable when you think back, but not when you are doing it. So..it's a week so call break for study and preparation for a stupid schedule of examination. Just hope everything will be smoother this time. catch up with u guys this few days..ciaozz

Hey guys, have you all heard bout this topic or book named Only in Malaysia Mah? Very funny name and seem a little interesting right? Seriously, when you read it you know it's definitely Malaysian writer who wrote about this. And YES, it was written by a normal Malaysian guy like us which share some of his business technique in E-Book Version.

Seriously, like anyone else, when I see the webpage, it certainly look like a spam to me. And I nearly close the window. But surprisingly I didn't because I saw the name Jason Tan. Then I was like, Malaysian or Singaporean? So I just browse through and read it. And yes, just like any other US Internet Marketing tool telling their success, but the way how US people wrote it is like copy and paste and makes it look so fake. Underdog..

Underdog is a term or symbolism to mean someone or something that have not appear in anything in their life but create a breakthrough. That's the so-called professional term that I try to term it. But this things happen too often that many people wouldn't realise it. Another term for Underdog will be someone dethrone or loss the sense of respect from others, whether from loved one or good friends or normal friends that they sees him/her as somebody probably who wanted fame, who is stupid acting smart, or perhaps the more detail comment, threatened by sources of jealousy. Underdog lives in the world where no one knows and probably some underdogs have been through quite a series of same feelings whenever they go : Despise! Hated! Ignored! lastly..Prosecuted!

Here is a story about a guy. Walking pass through the every window he sees when he is small..and realise something. Oh that glass is broken! So he told his teacher that the glass is broken and somebody must have spoil it! Too bad for the small little boy, just as small as he are, and teacher know he is naughty too, saying,' Don't you try to lie! You're the one who break it and yet you are saying other people! You're really getting smarter nowadays don't you?' Being maligned it's not something he cared for, but not gaining respect for the thing that he did right, so he spouted, 'I did not do it, I just walk pass here and saw and I informed you'.
'No you little menace, who is your witness? Tell me who is your witness'. No one is around so there is no one to witness..yet the ego in this boy's dragon heart say it, "GOD"..pointing up to the sky. The teacher ain't stunned yet ignoring it and walk off, 'You got lucky this time'. That small boy have an strong heart and let go..
*SLAPPP*, a big blow came to his face, the teacher appear back and said, 'Don't you ever lie again yea, little moron'. The boy stood up and look into the teacher. He hold his tears, and said, 'I did not'.

Probably the story goes a long way for a lot of young kids whereby they are maligned and thought they are doing bad. This things grow in that small kids heart to seek for people who need helps, who need attention (necessary one), to seek for justice, to seek for people who need the right treatment and lastly to find UNDERDOGS!

Years after years, this boy turns out fine. Not a bad person and constantly walking pass by many windows reflecting all the things that actually turns out in his life. Who is he? He is not me..cause I'm the writer. You shall know it later.

Soon, the boy grew to his adolescence and youth time whereby, more politics are bound and thrown to him. Even in a field of ever green carpet, he is also thrown a lot a few times. He became the Unbeatable and gain all the ever respect till now. But it is darkened by sights of injury and soon lose pace. He did not fared well and people soon did not acknowledge him. And one day, he face the biggest challenge, to drop or not to drop. He nearly drop but haven't, he took his sword and gun, polish it, aim, shoot it for 0-300metres, run across 10 kilometres, withdraw other guns, reload it with the best bullet and reach the end. It was cursed..he did not get it! And it was then the cursed start to get even more, starting from his blood, 'Wake up Boy Wake up!!'
Then the other gunners' heart, 'He is swayed by other things pal! He is can't even reach my arse!'. Just as bad, he did not turn around and constantly running. He runs just as fast,perhaps faster. He work just as hard, perhaps harder. He did not succeed to a point where they have to choose, it's him or the other. And it's him! Oh no, bad choice! That makes everything even worse, the other shuffled his gun, drop it, break it and walk away. It's still okay..that's just an individual. But his team, looking as though they all expected the other rather than him. He run away, holding his gun in his hand and shoot as far as possible. yaya..no SURPRISE!!HE COME OUT FROM THIS EVENT AT THE 1ST IVSC..and he got the second place..and look who he is now??SUPERSTAR RIGHT??

This event is not big, but it is HUGE!! Come on..it is not a small event and it is held for the 4th time and potentially the best ever and you probably couldn't find any better than this, and it is in MMU CYBERJAYA. Yes..I'm proud of it? Are you MMU-ians? Or are you jealous..Non-MMU-ians.

Anyway, those biases n all is not the main theme of this post nor this event, this event promote great talents across the nation. So people are flooding our GrandHall coming from across the nation. Whether it is UTAR, KTAR, INTI, NILAI, SEGI, UCSI, Sunway, Taylor..anywhere..any campus in this world. Ya of course all the local U's..too many U la will be entering this event. The event that brought up the talent in Malaysia and perhaps the popular singer of Malaysia a few were found from here.

So What up about this event..it is not localised..but a very GRAND event that worth just about everything if you get your ARSE here. Seriously..people can pay rm75 to stand far across to see a Jay(ant-like) jumping around singing here and there..buying a brand new sony walkman phone for Chris Daughtry live concert in One Utama (which I nearly went to) and even splashing Rain concert which cost about RM1000. It is not comparing of the quality and all..perhaps it is a good thing to hear GOOD MUSIC at a discount price I can say. I'm not saying this event is cheap..but MMU got enough sponsor from Sunway, my.Fm, MeToTo and alot of sponsors to fill us up with cheaper tickets. Also, I'm not saying it's not worth going to Jay, Daughtry or Rain's concert..it is all WORTH IT. But listen here..

For RM15..is it worth to just come around to and sit and find 1000 of friends and fans to enjoy the songs along. Aint that bad..we provid chairs and air-conditioned big hall. And if you never see MMU Grandhall..that's a must SEE too..modern techy building..

Have you all ever wondered when you all will be an celebrity or perhaps, popular of yourself? there is many ways one can be popular nowadays, you may suggest..YOUTUBE to me!! or even dancing naked in a big stage. Not those popular that I mean. I mean like being an artiste, or popular band, or a celebrity sportsman, or a great investor, a popular Magician, a politician or anything that you can come up with.

Everyone start a normal life, giving a fair chance, when times passes by, those things come around. But how do we captivate it? Perhaps, this is a question that pops up in everybody's mind, will I ever be popular? But had anyone think that sometimes, celebrity (not artiste I mean), they just do the things they like to do, and they just soon become popular. That's very interesting..hehe..And that's the few paths that I thinking for myself.

Tiger Woods, golf prodigy..I was once given the opportunity, but will I bounce back and be on that tour. But perhaps one thing for sure, no one golfer had established what he had done. For people who is unfamiliar in golf, they still know who is Tiger Woods. But does anyone know who is Jack Niklaus, or perhaps Arnold Palmer (although they wear his brand of shirt everytime, the one with the umbrella sign). But Tiger makes the difference..and Tiger is indeed difference. So me, how to do? Being the first Asian to do that, that milestones is pretty pretty far..to recuperate those talents, is just as hard as to learn golf like a beginner. But..ain't giving up on this game..this game is the one that turns me mature..hehe..

David Blaine??Magician..haha..love magic all my life..and finally being a semi-pro magician..how was the feeling? Great!! How does it affect your life? Very much..very much indeed and yet enjoying it. It's like a past time for me but I always wish to pursue further..but as talent counts, Magic is just like any other sports, perseverance and training. Need plenty of discipline..hehe..

Daughtry?? Band!! Music Band..hahaha..me??this want probably not the right path, but I did think putting up music on YouTube with my fellow musician who is pursuing music, but I'm not. Not an easy path..they have their backgrounds..my background might be too funny for them. If ever there is people interview me..How do you start picking up on Guitar?--I started picking up on guitar when I was 14 as because the church do not have enough guitarist for Caroling.
But how it inspire you? Oh..I played too much plucking of Linkin Park, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Nirvana, Metallica songs that people complain I'm too focus on jamming than caroling. haiii..not the right path..

Warren Buffett..ahuh? Great investor with their own methodology..haha..no No NO!! Just not so me..I love his principles, I love creating my own, but I ain't going to be that successful even just a bit. Probably 0.05% is hard to reach..hehe..ambitious to reach, but may not pursue that.hahaha..

Anybody can be anybody one day. It's how things comes around and how you grab it, you can be a Jack of All Trades, Master of None..but there are people who is Jack of All Trades, Master of Everything. Surprisingly yes..there are a lot of geniuses like that. But that's not the point. The point is, you must find value and meanings in everything you do. You don't study for the sake of studying, you gain knowledge. You don't play golf for the sake getting fames, it's your passion in the game. And perhaps God is Fair, those who do thing wholeheartedly with the right intention will get the right things. You work your butt off, you wanna work things out, you wanna get everything right for that thing, YES YOU CAN DO IT!! And being popular is not what celebrities wan too, it came too natural. But peace in mind and having a great support from friends and family is what I valued most. I can be inventing something great, creating something special, create history in golf, being the most greatest band alive, being the most richest man alive, being everything, but the sheer of joy of people around you is so important to share your joys! That's the key to everything..

It's holiday time for me..i mean midterm break. Guess you all can see how long does it take for me to blog and actually how busy my course had taken me. While not writing on this blog..I in fact created another blog which I focused more of my attention as it gives me marks for my assignment. It is an investment blog for my INVESTMENT subject. I have credited that blog to one of my friend, a fellow real investor in the real market who helped me in some of my blog, especially the big screen that is the REAL TIME market watch. I try to find it for some days, but just couldn't find (credit to Joachim). But it was really fun and guess what, I have felt a distinct difference between Beta and Gamma. In fact, if you say Beta (1st year in MMU) is probably just the beginning as always and for FE-ians (the guys that have been with me since Alpha, those great Geniuses and gangs, and of course some new friends too), they will definitely noe, that Beta was busy yet we get to enjoy a little. Gamma..hahaha..in a lame tone, may sound in Chinese as 'Gan Ma' translated-- U dare onot?

Beta, I got no time for DotA, not much time for Counter Strike that I need to find the replacement like King of Fighter to play. And stil got Magic.

What about Gamma? I got no time for DotA,CS, KOF and no time for MAGIC.!!!! That's bad you know cos you couldn't work the Magic out of yourself and it's hard to study. Real bad!! REAL BAD!!

Anyway, at the same time, I pick up something new, something fun and something that probably what my career or finance or FE students are made for -- INVESTMENT!
I seriously did learnt a lot from the market, ever since I pick up learning how to see shares in 2nd sem of Beta. Things ain't the same when you know more things that is the factor for the economy. And at the same time, my 2nd bro, Alban is picking up Option Trading which gives me the bonus to learn even more. Which I seriously pack my time up. While busy thinking bout Trading (better term for Investing), I seriously thought through of Investing with my close-Intl-friend, Maeen. And after so long, it is not easy but it was really fun. I really like the feeling of getting my arse really damn tired. I got my CDS account today, and I'm going to trade. It is all about earning money..perhaps for me, I think it is all about owning money. If you own, you control, you monitor, you play with it, and anything you can do with it and you get more of it. Earning probably sounds like you have to work a lot for me. hehe..I'm quite lazy bum but I don't mind working to get paid, but I always wanted something more challenging that challenge the nature as a graduate. Ambitious as Grace says, think too much as my Ching Wei says, and perhaps, for most people, they are just thinking, this guy is CRAZY!! hehe..I hate to admit that, but I'm seriously CRAZY!! But how many successful people are Crazy and Odd?hahaha..
anyway,that's not the point, the main point is..the whole entire first half of my semester, was fine and in fact great with new things. I want to update with you all, the recent Birthday Bash of my friend. It wasn't as naughty as how I do it last time as I was filtered by the MAO SISTAZ..so too bad, bro..hopefully you still enjoy it!

the Positive Side of Everything...

For the most part of it, this entry lasted quite long in my mind. And probably a lot of things that trouble you making your life so miserable that sometimes you don't even have a time to spare for yourself. The time to spare for yourself and for the ones around you, you will just realise that sooner or later, those things are just craps that creating the biggest fuss around you. So why bother caring about it. Life is short, life is interesting and life is definitely just as risky as you are invest in something that you wouldn't know the outcome. Therefore, investing your life is actually part of your countership to become a superhero. Don't believe me! Simple example, the ability to influence someone. One may have influence someone by force like a Hulk, sympathy like a poor little dying mice, acting stupid like Dumb and Dumber, acting smart like Dexter and all sort of things. Too many to touch, too many to realise that one may possess all the things that you may want through such efforts. It ain't good but it has become a practise that commonly known as burden and responsibility. Much to confer about and all, this things appear right infront of you. However, truth to be told, things happen for a reason, which I hope I still believe this words still gives the same meaning.

This is actually 2 months ago, sitting myself right in a corridor figuring out the things that should be done, CORRECTLY! Of course, joys and disappointments always fly around so much that sometimes, you don't even know how it actually happen. The worse, people always go for the results of the happenings instead of the source of it. It is normal and that's the common mistakes. However, those things I try to believe is happens for a reason. The reason that we wouldn't know, probably now and mere future we might know, but there is a reason.

After such a fuss reading all two paragraphs, it is such a fuss to actually conclude all the things. And now, for the most important of the story will be, always look at the positive side of things. Positivity makes you positive that the positive elements will submerge with positive ions to stimulate the positive mood to think positively. Complicated?? Straight to the point, positive in and out will make you feel better. And yes it is so and thinking of the positive things about others, will make you even more relieved. This is how those reflections stuff stuck me since I was 9 years old kid who wonder how the big worlds is going to be, and how things got to happen everyday.

Thus, as most complication starts internally to externally which is the environment. Mostly people's problems might stuck with the worst that is with family, continued by relatives, then friends and then all the others. I seriously admit that my family had been a great one that those things doesn't struck me at all, so pursuing to relatives which abruptly the same as my family. And of course it come down to friends from neighbours, to primary, secondary, Uni and outside friends. It was really fun though, although complications is unavoidable. But there is one thing to solve out everything. And this is my way..

Just ask yourself, what positive side of your friends had you seen everyday?
How have you treated the positive side of your friends?
How positive are you towards their positive side?
Their positive side is through your observation (that is heartfelt by you) or through peoples' words to you?
Have you been comparing their positive with their negative side and see which actually weigh against each other?
Do you appreciate and cherish their positive side?
Or do you go the other way around and having the thoughts of they are more of negative that of positive?
Do you take your friends just as of Positive side but commenting on their negative side?
What do you think of your positive side compare to their positive side?
Do you respect their positive side or do you DESPISE them?

Ask yourself truthfully and you can find an answer to yourself. As one great philosopher mentioned, ' THE TRUTH THAT LIES WITHIN WILL ALWAYS FLOAT AROUND THE WATER, the LIES THAT FLOAT WITH IT, WILL SOON SUBMERGED"

If you are true to yourself, you are always true to everything and this post is dedicated to my friends so far. And who is the lucky number one..I should say..

BEN and CHRIS

Starting from the Ben, full name is Benedict Ng Tian Kiat a.k.a. Kiat. This guy had pulled with me so much that anything and everything starting from PS2, guitar, music, cement Jesus Christ playing, Jamming like a Rockstar, humour and stupidly lame joke, this is what he is. He helped me through a lot of things and learning a lot of things ,the other way around, instead of being serious, he is never serious unless after he got scolded by his mum. Other than that, a fine young musician to be inspire me to be what is like to be what is not like that. And we always have to look at things if it happen to be that way. Kiat had seriously helped me through my process with music and of course in life, having fetching him back at 3 am in the morning that involve him climbing across the wall, those were fun and memories. But what it actually changed us is in life, he is supportive enough to carry you with his Keyboard, that in any way, you will wish to defend for him because of his righteous act. He is not brave but he is never timid. And you can never go around doing something and still not remember how funny he once was and now is still. A true great friend that didn't suffer, but encounter numerous funny yet dangerous stunts with which involve having a jumping kick in front of his house, which end up me spraining my knees (bloody hell he is tall enough by jumping a little is able to reach a high leaf while I jumped too high and lost balance). But at least I did helped him pull it through, though not much but a little help by talking to her mum bout his music talents that he is in UCSI pursuing Bachelor of Contemporary Music.

It is down to Chris, full name Christopher Ng Wei Hao..a.k.a. Chris. A master in all art whether is drawings art to the Art of Magic, he is the artful person that will paint an impression to your life. He, alongside with Kiat with me grew up same age, with I'm the eldest, he just 13 days younger. The trio play hard, work hard, fought hard, quarrel harder and most of all, cherish everyone very much. Chris had a sentiment that most people wouldn't know, Chris actually care for friends a lot. People sometimes don't know much about him, probably doubting his determination in friendship, but yet no one knows his hardship himself. He had dedicated his heart and soul to my God, more than we two do (which actually me n Kiat who get him into our youth church group). He helped me most of the times in anything that you can think of, especially arts and of course, studies. He is one of the smartest ass that I had ever met of, which I always sees his potential but he always give me surprises. Thought he might pursue art he went and pursue accounting. Which definitely he did well, and how smart he is? A very smart guy in knowledge where he is a fast learner and he is able to analyse and comprehend things fast. Seriously yes that what makes him one of my school Top Ten student and also, for his ACCA studies now, he earn Malaysia Prizes. Chris brought me into Magic and we now both expose our life in Selangor, yet still caring for each other. All three of us, are those crazy bunch in church, Arcade, drama play and now, Magic. And we never stop being crazy..we fought hard..but..WE ALWAYS WIN..that makes the difference!

And then you will start thinking of people who are around you right now..you Uni, your school or your working friends..

I'll start with my Core buddies first..and continuing with some other..

My Uni friends inspire me in lots of ways and teach me alot of things in lots of style too. And always as mentioned, things always go right if we learn to give and take. And I'll just hope that I give in as much as possible for them as far as I can do so far.

I'll start with my Melaka buddies, one of the earliest core team of mine, Steve Lim a.k.a. See Han
His full name is Lim See Han, from Ayer Keroh, Melaka. Being who it is, I have noticed a lot of things too about myself. And both of us have strived just as much for each other in and out..whether is studies, relationship, thinkings, and even anger management. And definitely just as how Meticulous as he looks, he is a maths-genius. From there, part of my studies of Finance involved lots of calculation and mathematical analysing skills definitely involved him. Both of us are active especially in camping and doing weird stuffs and of course, you couldn't find less pictures of us doing some weird acts and playing around like a dumbo. We admite we are playful but it's the playfulness that show who we are and what we are and how we are able to do some things that some people don't do much, TAKE RISK. A great legend once said, ' one who share the burden of others, will have less burden on themselves'. I just couldn't agree more..a good friend of mine and I'll be anticipating for his marriage as he will be the most likely to get married compared to us. hehe..Great Friends!

NExt will be the Ultimate Ex-Roommate of mine, full name Koh Duan Ming a.k.a. Garfield a.k.a. Ujong Pasir Drift King a.k.a Pure Bar King a.k.a. Mummies's Boy a.k.a. Playboy a.k.a. Rain Koh a.k.a. wahhh too many ar..He is the one who got the bigger man-boobs than mine (though i don have one)..the one that I spend most of my bedroom time with..sleeping together and slapping each other's ass. Probably this sounds like Chuck and Larry, we're not GAY..okay..I'm drawing the line straight and telling you all again, WE'RE NOT GAY.. we're just BISEXUAL. hehe..just joking just joking!!!hihihihi..A great friend of mine that shares a lot of my things. Especially smelling my farts, pressing his tits, whopping his back and camwhoring at nite. *CREEPY*. It was fun and I think he enjoyed it..and of course, he spend most of the time being guide under my wings as I had seen the TRUE GREAT MAN of him. And of course, it's always the case that when you want a man to live up to their own life, you will try to help him as much as possible (which I hope my teachings benefit him). Apart from teaching him how to flirt with girls, I hope I did taught him some values in his life. But the most important things is not about writing who AM I to him. But who is he me. Seriously, without him, there are alot of things I doubt i can accomplish. From assignments to important real-life things, if weren't him to go the extra miles and measures for me, I seriously don't think I can do it. Even up till the end, he is the one who waits for me to actually accomplish the assignment. HE is a real good team-player and that's the key value to his success in his working life. But of course, I did teach him some extra measure about the Do's and Dont's which I hope benefits him not the other way around. And definitely, he works his butt off harder than anybody do. Harder than me, I seriously do. He is diligent and articulate and he never seek unneccessary help if he do not need to. He will try his best even he know he might not be able to do it. Also, he shared a lot of things and feel the unfairness that happen to me most of the time. He is always stuck in giving advise, but definitely he is a very very..i mean very very good listener. Seriously, no doubt about it. He and I share secrets that probably a lot of people wouldn't know, and I have with him my last secret that will only be allowed to be released as not a secret anymore. Probably he won't share it as to respect my decision but it's his choice. And definitely, we always share fun things together. And even involved lots of close friends stuff that people do, I think me and him had experienced more than enough. PlayStation is nothing to us, and we seek more intense and fun things. And just hope we will share those things together just the same way too..hihi..involve going to his so-Call house, sitting his so-call mercedes..and his so-call dogs..you can't run away boy!!!hahahaha..anyway, Everyone knows he is GOOD MAN!! A GREAT FRIEND. and too bad, people always sees I'm the bad guy, includes his parents. hehe..

LI YINN..

NExt NExt NExt!!! NExt will be the famously and renowned person that you all will find it most of the time in my blog..hahaha..the one that blog earlier than me. And just like me stop for a moment and then continued back..that is the infamous, LI YINN. haha..
Full name is Tee Li Yinn, a.k.a. Li Yinn a.k.a Mao Mao..a.k.a (disclosed for privacy purpose, I know but you all don't, too bad)..a.k.a. Sunrise Siblings's Sunshine..

My dear Mao Mao Li Yinn is one of those friend that I cherish and adore the most. Probably dote a lot too because you will know when you are close to her. Being who she is, Li Yinn share good quality of families and friends and will always care for the one that she always care. Of course, I think most friends are either playful type or crappy type..so she is neither one as I can say. She is very feminine in her own way and loves SHOESS. And her BF..is a GREAT MAN!! That's all I can say. I just hope I can do as good as his BoyBoy..cos I'm just not a good man in LOVE. Pei Wei, if you are reading, don't worry, I seek your intrinsic value and don't get ego ar..must treat her nicely still. Also Li Yinn share the downtime of mine a lot and probably influenced her to sleep late too much also that we can create our theme of Sunrise here n there. Perhaps I had a great time sharing with her, watching football with Shiny in the middle of the night and went on wonderful trips together. hehe..Also, friends are bond together from FATE and from what I believe, Coincidence. And definitely, that's how I believe it. Apart from that, the positive side of value is her kind value, caring for friends and the ability to be responsible when she needs to. I think most of her friend felt it that way too about how great a friend like Li Yinn is. And thanks to pictures, we will have a lot of things to share about now and later in our lives. Just hope things just got better and we will have a better life to live in. Anyway, for anyone who wanted to woo her..too bad. For anyone who wanted to get close to her (thinking of tackling her)..all i can say is..TOO BAD!!! HAHA..hihihihihi..Let me quote this thing, ' Life is full of torns and rocky roads, with a friend to share those moments with you, you are just more delighted to be spending those moments on those torns than ever because it's just simply WORTH IT!!..Friends that works wonder..li yinn that it is..

As friends, close friends and good partners just like the rest of them. Though it may create some query or some assumption after I continued with this next word. SHE is the one that helped me throughout my downtime to alongside with Li Yinn and Duan Ming. Probably we both share the same hard-headed characteristics, same naughty and playful personality, and the ability to absorb some kind of jokes fast. But there is one dissimiliarities between us, SHE loves Man-Boobs whether is flat, fleshy or like Duan Ming's flabby. And there it goes,

Full name is Sheryn Teh Ching Wei.. a.k.a. Ching Wei, a.k.a. Sunrise's Sibs Shiny a.k.a. (some other disclosed nicks). Ching Wei as mentioned had helped me a lot too throughout my downtime. Probably share the same excitement time with me alot. Duan Ming share it a lot so does she where I called her in the middle of the night that nearly make her got caught due to 6am, still on the phone. She is a very decent and quiet girl. And definitely, you need to know her long and good enough to have her speak to you and open to you more. Not to say she don mixed with people alot, she shared a lot of her parental thoughts that how my parents actually taught me too. And me and her spend quite a few fun time when we were back in foundation year too and doing a lot of crazy stuff. Though she doesn't show it, Ching Wei cared for friends implicitly and she don't say out much. She won't have to brag to say how much contribution she made and all and this is who she is. And she cares the most and really really alot for her family. And she is not home-sick, just the bonds of her and her family is really close. REally really close.. cos me and Dm went over to her place and we know it. Also Ching Wei had good inner feelings towards people whom she care and love whether is family and close friends. She don't give much advise sometimes as she fear of giving the wrong advise, but advises that come out of her mouth is definitely very helpful and should be very well appreciated. And also, Shiny as it is, she is always cheerful and happy-go-lucky who always hold on to the theme of 'live life to the fullest' and 'stressless environment always'.

And there she is..a very good listener and someone who can share alot of things with. Really a lot of things and will be proud of who you are and all. And definitely, she appreciate her friend's credibility and valued and look upon them. In order to avoid any misunderstandings sometimes, she will tend to be quiet not that she is afraid, is not to create more problems. Definitely, a lot of people won't get to know her much as she is quiet. I'm lucky, real lucky to share so much things with her so much. Anyone who wanted to woo her, she is still Single but UNAVAILABLE..TOO BAD!!hihi..just joking..Anyone who wanted to try sure can, but it's not like LY's wan TOO BAD..is hard to say, and you will know if you just give it a try..hehe..And for her the quote goes..' the wind can be so strong that can sweep a whole nation, but that just enough to blow her hair and yet she is still firm' and 'problems just keep coming if you think that it is ought to become worse if it is unresolved, but..WHY ARE YOU THINKING SO FAR?' I have Grace, Shin Nee, Ashely, Bin Hau, Adrian, Josephine, Fitri and etc. I have to update it as times goes by. This is the first edition as I can say. And for you all who read this, sometimes when problems is too much and too complicated, always look on the positive side of things not just friends or stuff. Just the things can make you feel so much better and nicer and good about it or yourself. It is really nice writing about this blog as the whole tone is just so POSITIVE. Probably this few post had a lot in common about national unity, war against discrimination and racism and all. Not that I'm promoting and sort just that sometimes, in our troubled times, we should be able to clear off our mind that people are in more troubled situation that we can imagine. And more things is harder to be done..people may enjoyed and lied to enjoy what they enjoyed, but not for people who don't get a chance to even lie to anyone, cos the matter of fact is the fact that lies within. One can mention in their blogs, speech, and everything about something, but when asked personally say the other thing, it is too common and people just don't realise it. And when things get into bigger picture, it is very ugly to be seen. Thus, more and more celebrities work hand in hand to curb all this political forces and unwanted threats.

It's been fruitful as it is..in every thoughts in our brain there is definitely intention. Good or bad we don't care, those intention might have certain meanings in your life..a certain meanings for others too..and then just that sometimes, you wouldn't want to figure out the best way than just keeping quiet and walk away from something. Walking away from something without solving things is bad..walking away solving something is good..but actually just as bad if you do not make the way up till the meaning is done. That's the meaning of it's been fruitful as it is..the meaning is there..fruitful enough to meant something deeper but if impression are not made, things are actually unsettled and probably you are just bragging things around and around just like you are lost in a long lonely road. Why such things happen? Probably is miscommunication (intentionally or unintentionally), misunderstanding also do not know whether their intention and all sort of things. It bugs me too much that I'm wordless rather than speechless, I'm pump rather than numb, I can hiss rather than piss, I can drill (and hang a picture of it) than to kill and lastly I'm restless rather than worthless. Much to anticipate about, things always got furious on the other side, things always got more complicated on the other side and things never get as stupid as on the other side. And yes and YES!! Though things wasn't involved much on the other side, it's the other side that creates the more havoc out of it..it ain't always the case, because sometimes my previous post always proves something to me over and over again. I'm not in control of those situation that cause me to be more tattered at the end. So WHAT!!! We always think that lesson can be learnt, but actually to look for clearer wider picture, we are not the only one should be learning, others should be learning too so that after all the lessons, probably the environment is more serene and tranquil rather than you learn but people treat you like a fool just because you learnt and they hadn't. So at the end of the story, it's nothing much...things to be settled, I'll settle it my way this time. And things shouldn't be settled probably I'll just clear it off my mind for awhile.

Moral of the Story : Never forget what is to come or ought to come, anticipate it and you will realise something, being naive it's for adolescence, if you're and young adults, grow up like it. And be straight on a bended knees, be stringent on a tense cold weather, and finally, don't be naive on childish things cause you thought that childish things can help improve everything. bla bla bla..

Sometimes, at some point of time..you will just feel like looking down a window pane, seeing what is below and what you fear the most below and just think to yourself, how many God Damn It people you might want to throw down the place and just that simple moment, thinking is it worth it? And then thinking bout do they actually feel like throwing you down just like how you think?

Anyway, sometimes when you thought you are making the right decision and happy about the decision, things will always go the other way around. Causing you so much pissed that you feel that why things happen that way and this way and the other way. And finally you resolved to some place and some people that eventually have a different perspectives of treating you, which somehow better than comforting and probably you will think that those are the types of things that should happen around when things around are going round-round. At the end of the day, MY DAD is still making the best comments ever and I truly salute him for that. And of course, I'm more aware bout it already and I have found myself with people who also thought the same way as how my dad thought. I've always been an UNDERDOG and I always like being an UNDERDOG! But somehow, my status always put me beyond that, that wasn't what I prefer although it gives you some kind of other feelings. From this moment on, I'm still an UNDERDOG but..an AVENGER ONE!!!

Perhaps this post I wanted to post quite some time already but then end up I didn't. And today just have to post it up real short after seeing Kenny's funny post on this topic.

And perhaps this is not a New thing anymore as politician had used blogs to counter-attack bloggers. Probably right now, I can say like how 5xmom that in blogging, we are actually more experienced than you since we blog earlier than you.

And perhaps one thing that make me realise that in your surroundings, you also don't really enjoy and like people who say one stuff, do the other. In the sense, he/she may be saying this and saying this stuff, but he/she may be doing the other way round. The worse part might be criticising for your any of your actions, yet he/she himself/herself is doing the same exact actions. I've met a lot of such thing happens back in my secondary school times, therefore it's not something I want to brought up about. It's just the realistic things that happen in and out around us. And it's always not nice having such things. I mean in the sense, he/she maybe the condemning or pointing out your action as in so negative or making you feel guilty about yourself, and yet..YET he/she whether realise or do not realise that somewhat later, while you are still with him/her is repeating what you have done. But of course, everyone, don't go around spouting them like an arsehole. IT ain't nice to went bout with people and it just end up facing off each other. And those things don't make a better place to live in. I seriously do think that and of course, we just hope that those people will learn and realise themselves and be more aware when saying something. It may mean a lot or hurt someone, but then sometimes, feelings is too implicit that you wouldn't know and probably don't pride ourselves too much gua. Just a share of thoughts adapting from my friend's point of view when my friend just commented to me about his case. He is not in Malaysia, yet having the same thing.

Alright, back to my politician-bloggers stuff, probably some politicians should know too that their comments and critics on bloggers should be wash or probably apologize to them a little. Cause the once bad comment had turn out that they themselves is doing the same thing, it's not something. Probably normal people will just laugh at you. But this wasn't what I really want to talk about. hehe..just that after so many people have blogs, from Opposition's Dato' Sri Anwar Ibrahim and Lim Kit Siang ( i mean they become politician then blogger, not blogger and politician like Jeff Ooi and Tony Pua). Now it will be current UMNO Information Chief, (Malacca's CM Ali Rustam, ex-Selangor MB Datuk Khir Toyo (which people actually thought 5xmom blog was his), Khairy himself, and now the probably neutral and sometimes abit one sided, but very well respected and I myself respected him a lot but when I'm young, Tun Mahathir.

Therefore, probably instead of Battle-of-the-Sexes, we currently have Battle-of-the-Bloggers and perhaps more and more politician will join the blogosphere. And we are one big unsure of happiness family. And I just hope that one day, there is one politician who view and comment on my blogs. And I'll be more than happy enough. But then come to think of it, I'm still anticipating politician to blog actually..hehe..

Guys, don't worry about the title. Just want to let you all know you know how much blog or website reader are going for Sex blogs or Sex Links everyday. I don't know, but for my SEO or Search Engine Optimization, I'll definitely see how much it jumps per day. And definitely, I was quite impress with some of the sex blogs which actually earn quite a good reputation. I really can't deny that! What does this 'incest' word suppose to mean for you? Think about it..I'm not a sex blogger so I'm sorry if you happen to bump in to this web with intention of seeing such disgracing types of sexual encounter. Sorry to sound that way but it's just a bit weird and creepy though just to mention bout the words incest. Incest from Wikipedia.org gives the definition as such
" Incest is defined as sexual relations between closely related persons (often within the immediate family) such that it is either illegal or socially taboo. The type of sexual activity and the nature of the relationship between persons that constitutes a breach of law or social taboo varies by culture and by jurisdiction"

This word may seem quite common but also the other way around for some people. Incest as defined is sexual relation too just within your family and all. I mean, in Asian culture especially in Malaysia, incest is really been viewed as the most shameful and despised act in the whole sexual relation types. Even having anal sex or sex maniac stuff is seem less 'geli (disgusting)' as this act. I'm saying in Malaysian aspect. Malaysians who were caught of doing this act can't stop covering their face when come out of courts and all because the whole citizens will be booing and despise him so much that he felt he is in bankruptcy (worse than that eventually). People don't give you anymore respect even you are someone who once contributed to the nation, people see you like an animal, like a sex-addict, like people who is bound to have beastiality (sex with animal). However, such cases maybe seen in different perspectives as for other nations which I'm not sure about it.

Recently, I guess you all know about Josef Fritzl, the Austrian incest scandal that probably is one of the hottest topic this few days in local or international newspapers. And people are starting to question a lot of things. I'll tell you all more about it. Anyway, I'll tell you about this story a little. I adapted this story from the Star newspapers, BBC News and some other newspapers. The case goes like this, this Josef Fritzl, an Austrian man. His face goes like this...

The headlines is about him have incest with his daughter, Elizabeth Fritzl and have 7 children in total. This may seem still okay, the worse part is he had inhumanly imprison her and three of her children in a small cellar on the downstairs of his house, a SECRET CELLAR WHICH HE BUILD WITH HIS INTELLIGENTLY MIND ELECTRIC CODE AND SORT. There are three children that is left outside his doorstep which he and his wife, Rosemarie adopted it and from their neighbour's view, he is a good GRANDFATHER after all. And one more child, which is a twins died during infancy, and he burned it all away.

How do Josef Fritzl supply food and all to the underground cellar? He shopped outside town and I don't know how he actually can pass through his wife when he is doing his so-called project. As ridiculous as it sounds, Josef Fritzl keep this case for 24 years without leading any suspicion to anyone. The whole nation got worried when her daughter was allegedly kidnap but no one ever will suspect his own DADDY will do that to her. Her daughter is now 42 years, which means, she was abducted when she was just 18 years old. And 24 years, I wasn't even born during that time. My God..1984, so many of us are still nowhere in sight or nowhere in production yet. And the girl was kidnap. And you know how pitiful her daughter and her childs are, that they have to crawl here and there to survive. Josef Fritzl can actually still go out for a vacation leaving the daughter and the three child there. Why didn't they shouted? The cellar was sound proof so he is really smart technologically to invent such stuff back in 1984. Anyway, the grandchild of his, as I know do not even know how to walk? I mean like they have to crawl so much that walking seems a little not that stable for them. Not so sure about it and the case was bloated when Elizabeth's first daughter, Kerstin felt really ill and was admitted to hospital. And sadly she was in coma now.

So Much to Travel

I'm entering one of the most busiest week in my semester. Just two more weeks and everything is done I hope. And there are so many things that is coming up. A magic lecture on May 3rd with Malaysian's Magician guided us through. Pretty cheap, if you guys want more detail can let me know. And then, there is this Magic Fever exhibition from June 6,7 and 8 which I probably will show up too. I'm no good Magician, but I like them. hehe..this is because they excite me so much that I excite people too. hehe..Also, supposingly there are travelling to be made too. But guess all plans will have to rest or lay slow already. Not flying here and there or anywhere, but there is opportunity but with poor decision and management, so probably couldn't make it. Just hope times will come slightly slowly and turn slightly smoothly for me this few days. hihihi..what a post title that I put..seriously, after checking my keywords and searches from my NuffNang great system that analyse how people get to my blog, I'm truly surprised with NGA KOR MING, one of DAP most prominent speaker and a big winner in this year General Election 2008 in Taiping after beating Datuk Kayveas with a big margin of votes. However, I think searcher and reader will be kind of disappointed with the amount of things that I mention about him. And probably they are looking for more and to know more about this guy. Although I don't know what you all want to know about him, as you all didn't put in the comment box or my post comments column. Most importantly, which very clearly shows from Nga Kor Ming, they prize experience not ACQUISITION. And also they do things in the interest of satisfaction like how he contributed for DAP Malaysia. And a very powerful leader itself, he is the DAP Youth Chief too alongside with Chong Chin Jien, another great speaker that won a landslide votes in Kuching Sarawak. Mr Chong is the sole DAP winner in the whole of SARAWAK..imagine that how powerful he is in ruling Sarawak for the second term. Also, Nga Kor Ming is the current PARLIAMENT HEAD FOR TAIPING and also the State Assemblyman for Pantai Remis. Probably you all guys have seen this blog topic around here and there and everywhere. But I just want to tell out the truth here and there for you all only. You see, why there are so many bloggers blogging and some are earnings so much that just by blogging earn them some nice figures. Isn't that nice, but you can't just say that bloggers earn money by just typing. Actually most bloggers, have to give a very good thoughts, in some way knowledgeable and good command of their language to blog. That's why I don't get that much of money cause the command of my language wasn't that good after all (mediocre but not really good). Of course, the reason people read blogs because it is reader friendly.

Anyway, that's not my point. There are a lot of ways people can earn through blogging, either you earn it through Paid-Per-Click like those Google Ads or TextLink ads. I do Google Adsense ads where you can see at my sidebar and if you want, you can register from my blog too. Not as referral just recommendation of ways to earn. Hey guys, probably most of you all already know that the sensatious female pop singer, BEYONCE KNOWLES is going to wed his long time companion, Shawn Carter a.k.a. JAY Z..wu la la~~though my blog is not those very fancy about celebrities getting married and all those gossips, but definitely this I will report it as both of them were actually, not my favourite but celebrities that I do look up too.

For Beyonce, starting from Destiny's Child, had been great throughout her entire career in Destiny's Child and as a sole-singer. And in fact, most of us know how explosive Beyonce is when she sings, when she dance and how down to earth is she. Her humility is the one that I always admire about Beyonce after gaining so much recognition yet she is so humble and a very hardworking celebrities. All I can say is she is a good model for 21st century celebrities and how a celebrity should do and act in a way that people will love you and admire you and always recognize you.

For Jay Z, I do not know him that well in the sense about any gossips or any wrong doings he had done. But as i mentioned, always look at the positive side of someone. Jay Z is like some famous celebrities who will try to bring people up with their fame. Not that people take the easy way out, but sometimes it is hard to gain those recognition unless you have famous people to introduce you and guide you through a right path. As Time Draw By...

What a day...Just around 16 hours ago, I went to one stall to down here in Cyberia to eat something with my fellow good friends. And our first intention is try out on the Lebanon's food in La' Fresh (a newly opened cafe). The Lebanon's food is called FahShah and it looks so attractive that you definitely wanna try it. Because the food are put in hot claypot and looks very saucy and gravily stunning when you can see those smoke and the 'pishiii' sounds while you are eating. Definitely, a GOOD try and seriously it is a good food.

The story goes like this, I ate it along with my bro good fren, See Han. We enjoyed the first few part of the food and end up struggling to gobble the food as it is too spicy already. Seriously it is very spicy that we those chilli eater also can't handle it. But very SYOK la the food..hehe..

To cut the story short,I always knew the consequences of eating spicy food. As quoted from my dad's US client, Uncle Bob Janson, " What comes in HOT, comes out HOT!!". And this is a very good example for it and for the past 6 hours I have been flushing hard faeces like rocks, and spicy bombs so spicy like you are rubbing chillies right under your anus. And those feelings is just as terrifying as you are SYOK-ingly ate those food. And after the second time I went and pass motion, feeling that those chillies rub much deeper right through my tattered wounds.

I got a bigger SURPRISE!!!!

There is one WORM that stuck out right from my STONEHENGE faeces..I stood up and saw it. OMG!! That's so unexpected and insanely untrue..I just couldn't believe my eyes that I feel like squeezing my nipples to see whether is it that true. As I look closer, the flat worm..moved!! Oh NOOO..a live worms..and it is a TAPE WORM!! those that gobble all your food. Lucky it is just about 30 inches!! Thanks to it, I got my belly stuck out most of the time. And the best part came to this, when the worm..
